Car Overview
Subaru BRZ
If you’re playing “Which of these Subarus is not like the others?” the answer is “BRZ.” Unlike its stablemates, the Subaru BRZ sports coupe is a two-door, rear-wheel-drive sports car that offers very little in the way of sensible utility. Like the original BRZ, Subaru co-developed the second-generation model with Toyota, which sells the same car as the GR86. Both feature a boxer-type Subaru engine and a manual or automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive is nowhere to be found. Light in weight and equipped with a low center of gravity, this four-seat coupe’s responsive steering and performance-tuned suspension ensure a rousing drive, even if the engine isn’t particularly potent.
