I received incredible customer service from Pearson Ford. I purchased a used 2023 Highlander from Pearson Ford last summer. After the purchase, there was an issue with the tires that required them to be replaced. I spent over $1000 to get the new tires. When I came to Michael Stafford, a sales manager, about the issue, Pearson Ford agreed to fully reimburse me for the replacement. That kind of customer service and willingness to back a product is very rare. I highly recommend Pearson Ford to my family and friends and will be coming back to Pearson Ford for all of my vehicle needs. It is clear to me that Pearson Ford will stand behind any vehicle I purchase, giving me the confidence to buy a vehicle from them worry free. Thank you to Michael Stafford and all the amazing people at Pearson Ford.

This dealership has been working diligently on our 1999 Ford F-150 with less than 100,000 miles for the last 3 years. We Initially had another dealership which were not ethical. Pearson have some repeat work orders for us due to part failures. Initially neither of us realized that had occurred. However once that became apparent they clarified that the parts were under warranty and worked to get us refunded. It was not a quick process, work can take weeks. The refund was to occur with in 7-10 days but they had internal delays and no progress was made of we didn't call. So that took months. They have an extremely high volume of open work orders. During our most recent interaction we noted that we needed this vehicle sooner verses later. So I appreciate their willingness to do this work, and ensure we are not left stranded. Their timeliness met our needs. It's unfortunate that they don't have more efficient means / staff/ technology to ensure timely status updates. I am very pleased that they have integrity to make things right. Just be ready to be the one to reach out to understand the status.

I am a Chevrolet dealer in Northern Michigan and purchased a used 2025 Silverado 2500HD from them, wholesale, for a good friend of mine. The process was smooth and easy. Don Thompson the used car manager was great to work with and had excellent communication. When I got the truck back, as I bought it sight unseen, it was as described, actually it was in better condition than I expected. I am sure this type of customer service extends throughout the dealership. If you live in the Indianapolis area I would definitely recommend this dealer. Thanks again for you assistance with this. EDIT: After I wrote this review and initially left one star, I was contact by a different advisor who let me know they were able to get the car fixed and would gladly drop it off at my house free of charge. I appreciate the dealer's efforts in making this right in a manner that accommodated my unique scheduling needs. Extremely disappointed with the service department. My Explorer had a recall, and Ford offered to send out a mobile inspection. Pearson Ford conducted the inspection over a YEAR ago, and said they would let me know when parts came in. I never got the call, so when I had another issue come up, I made an appointment. They tried to tell me they needed to conduct an inspection on the same recall, so I explained the inspection was already made and that parts were never ordered (I've been driving around with my car duct taped for over a year). They responded, "Oh! We'll go ahead and order the parts so they're here for your appointment." I dropped the car off, and my advisor, David, said he'd call to let me know when it would be complete. We're on day two and I haven't heard from him at all. I have some timing issues which requires I need the car back, so I left him a voicemail asking for an update. I've now called three times and he won't answer my calls or call me back. On the third call, the receptionist said they had to complete an inspection to see if parts were needed, and they've only just now ordered them. We knew that a year ago! This department isn't listening or communicating.
