“Every part of our experience was great. Adriel was kind, attentive, and answered all of our questions. The general manager and finance manager were both pleasant and thorough. At no time did we feel pressured. They detailed our car for us and did a great, complete job. All the staff were pleasant and made you feel welcomed. I would recommend Hyundai of Yuma to anyone.”

“Luis Viramontes went above and beyond for us. He works at Hyundai of Yuma. But he helped us get our Kia Carnival at Kia of Yuma. He’s got the best customer service, super helpful, and over all great person to help you get your vehicle. It’s the second time we have gone to him to purchase a car. 10/10 recommend”

“My experience getting my car windows tinted was disappointing. When we first dropped the car off, the staff in the service shop seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. Once someone finally assisted us, she was friendly and got things moving, but the overall welcome was off-putting.
We were originally told the tinting would take 5–6 hours, so I expected the car to be done late in the afternoon. Instead, it took 8.5 hours. When I called to check the status (so I could plan around picking up my two small children) the operator was extremely rude. When I asked for an estimated timeframe, she replied, “It’s clearly not done because I would have called you if it was.” She then repeated several times that I was told at the time of booking (three weeks earlier) that the car would need to be left for the entire day. I had to press just to find out what time they closed. She finally said service closes at 6pm and sales at 8pm, so the keys might be left with sales if it wasn’t finished.
About 15 minutes after that call, she called back saying the car was done.
When we arrived, the sales team didn’t seem to know where the car or the keys were. We waited about 15 minutes while our 4-year-old and 5-month-old sat in the car, until someone from service eventually brought the keys.
Overall, this was not the experience I expected. If I can avoid returning to this dealership in the future, I will.”

“What a relief to have such amazing customer service! Alfredo in the service department is amazing! I took my car in for something as basic as an oil change, and Alfredo was very professional and just genuinely a nice guy. It’s hard to find people that are just happy at work these days. Thank you Alfredo for your professionalism and kind attitude!”

“My appointment was at 10 to get my windows tinted. My car didn't move until noon. When we walked in we were guided towards Danielle at first she was very polite and offered to call a shuttle since my car was going to be in the shop for awhile. After about an hour and 30 minutes of waiting we went to go see what was going on because there was no communication about the shuttle or when my car was going to be tinted. Around the 2 hour mark we went and checked again and Danielle told us that the guy that does tint would be here in 15 minutes, 20 minutes later still nothing. At this point we decided that we were just going to ask for the keys and leave. As we were going to ask for the keys Danielle came back and told us that the shuttle was here if we wanted to go. We told her that we wanted the keys and we would just figure something else out as we were talking to her she closed the door on us and walked away. The guy that was going to do my tint had arrived and we still wanted him to do the tint. Danielle then made snarky comments and was overall rude about the whole situation. We didn’t have a very good experience.”
