“While initially polite over the phone, when I called to discuss why I thought the work on my fuel injectors should be covered under the extended warranty of my catalytic converter, they were rude and hung up on me, even though it says right on their receipt that they expect a good review and if you can't give them one, you should call to discuss. Don't bother calling - they will not listen to you and they will be rude if you have any complaint.”
