“Came for a service appointment and casually started browsing and found an amazing 4 Runner with red interior in the parking lot! Had all the bells and whistles both my husband and I wanted in a vehicle.
Jason was fantastic to work with. He was able to help make the process smooth and went the extra mile to see he could get some additional accessories I saw.
Toyota was my first vehicle and I will continue to back for service and all my needs.”

“I found Jason to be very straight up regarding pricing and details. We weren’t able to settle on a deal but he contacted me a few days later and we were able to get it done. No pressure. No nonsense add ons. The car was for my wife and she loves it. Citi is pretty happy too. My wife is in the red sweatshirt (wink).”

“I found this dealership online with the Sienna I wanted in stock. I contacted them and ended up coming into the showroom the same day. I got there an hour before closing on a Saturday (I told them in advance about my ETA).
Upon arrival, I was met at the door by Jayden, who welcomed me and asked if I needed help. I told him I spoke to Brittney about a Sienna. He went to the back to find her. He came out with Jessie, the manager, who greeted me and said Jayden would show me the car, which was already pulled up for me. The experience so far was super welcoming and friendly; no rush or pressure was felt. Jayden was very knowledgeable about the car.
We started crunching the numbers, and they were very transparent, with no added fluff. We moved on to see Brandon in finance. He explained everything clearly and processed everything efficiently. He explained the optional addons I had available but was not pushy or upset when I declined. We wrapped everything up around 6, which at this point was an hour past their closing time.
The team at T.O.Y. stayed after hours to make sure I didn't need to drive another 6-hour round trip to make the deal. Overall, it was an excellent experience with +1 customer service.”
