“Very professional atmosphere but also very relaxed and comfortable from beginning to end. My salesperson, Mike Diaz, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough making sure all my questions were answered. He explained everything every step of the way. He even followed up after the sale was complete to make sure everything was going well. He has an amazing personality and definitely has the gift of being a people person which makes him a very good fit for Ciocca. He is a great asset to their team! Thank you Mike!

“I recently purchased a brand new Crosstrek from this dealership and had a great experience. Fred Mansfield and Nate Jacobs were extremely easy to work with. They both responded to my emails and texts quickly and gave me the deal I was looking for.
When I got to the dealership to take delivery, I finalized everything with Nate, who is extremely relatable and easy to talk to. He had all the paperwork ready to sign when I got there so I didn't have to wait around. He took the time to answer all my questions and go over the vehicle in detail.
This dealership is over 100 miles from my home, but I chose to buy from here because they gave me the best deal, hands down. If you are in the market for a Subaru, I strongly recommend you go to Ciocca Subaru of York.”

“I had a appointment to have my Outback state inspection oil filter change and tires rotated. My appointment was set for August 9 , Saturday 12:30pm. I arrived I believe it was around 12. Simply because I live in Red Lion and not familiar how traffic can be on route 30 on weekends. I pulled into the service bay and was greeted right away by Holly. She ask my name and proceeded to take my information. And pointed me to the waiting room as I will be waiting for my vehicle. I went to the showroom and was looking at the new vehicles was greeted by two salesmen. They offered their assistance if I needed any. I said I was there having service and just checking out the new forester. No pressure from the
Salesman. After looking over the new vehicles. I entered the waiting room. I was the only person there. The room was very clean and organized. I no sooner sat down and got comfortable watched a few minutes of tv. Holly approached me and I thought oh here comes the sales pitch I need more services to be perform. Because as in the past when the dealership was owned by another person. They made their money in the service department. I was surprised when Holly said I was all done and good to go. I proceeded to pay for services. I was leaving like maybe a half hour of my original appointment time. They took me back as soon as I arrived. I couldn’t believe I just experienced the no pressure from anyone at the dealership. I hope the no pressure continues. My only observation room for improvement was when I enters my vehicle there was a strong disinfectant cleaner smell? Once I arrived at home. I realized all services was performed cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone when I made the appointment. Also I normally double check my vehicle after service was preformed. What I found all work was done and even tires had the correct air pressure in them. Thank you for a no pressure experience at the service and sales department. Please share my comments with the service tech who preformed the high standard professional work. JR 🇺🇸”
