“I bought my crv from apple Honda. They changed names to ciocca and now they are trying to say I will need to pay for a diagnostic fee of $195 for the 10 year warranty if the warranty company has an issue and does not cover the issue. Plus additional charges to change the blower motor. Work has not been done yet but I will not buy another Honda from this location. After 2.5 hours they came out with a long list and$5,000.00 in supposed repairs. Then .5 hours later she came out again to say the warranty is going tough fix the blower motor. Just to be told they don't have a blower motor and I'll need to bring it back. 3+ hours of wasted time so they could put together this list and not do the work needed. When the warranty is done I won't use this location for any services at all. Got a phone call because of this review with excuses and such. So i decided to look through the reviews. I noticed they are great at sales, but 1 star reviews for service. Huh what are your thoughts?”

“Kalie Parks made the car buying process a breeze ! She provided us with all the information and details before request. She was right to the point and worked with our budget. We’re expecting our first child in a week and her , along with the finance department, worked very well with us in trying to keep our allowed monthly payment. Felt no pressure of the typical “salesperson” . Overall it was a great experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Thank you again Kalie for being so kind and helpful”

“almost 2 hours for a oil change, when i arrived the doors remained closed for 10 mins until i called the service number. no one answered the phone, a employee walked over & opened the door then proceeded to ask me “did you just call?” in a annoyed voice, then told me she’d get me all checked in just to walk away. another female saw what happened & came to check me in. the first female was the technician that came in & gave me a quote for repairs/ maintenance that totaled over $1,000. i was just there for emissions & state inspection back in august, everything was great & nothing was recommended. i also heard 3 separate people who didn’t know each other complaining how money hungry the place is & how slow everything takes to get done. when i voiced my concerns to my technician i was just met with sass when i told her how dissatisfied i was. “well we’re short handed today & all our customers know a oil change takes a hour & a half.” stop offering so many appointment slots if you can’t keep up. the other 2 ladies were also waiting for their 9:15 oil change to be completed. this service center just seems like absolute disorganized chaos. not to mention when i went to get my keys & leave, the female tells me the technician “accidentally” rotated my tires & that’s what took so long. but “don’t worry, we aren’t gonna charge you for that.” good cause no one should have to pay for a mistake you guys made. completely ridiculous & like i told the female, im never coming back. her response to my reasonable frustration says it all.”

“I was in the search for a preowned car in June and I previously purchased with my Family at least two vehicles in the past 10 years brand new from the previous organization. I can say in all honesty things have changed in the way of business for a better sense. I had some minor issues which were taken care of by Nick one of the managers and he absolutely went above and beyond explaining things, and making sure that things were smooth after the buying process, even with me reaching out months later. I will most likely be purchasing my next vehicle in a few years again from Ciocca.”

“First i want to say a big THANK YOU to Ciocca Honda of York for making my first time buying my very own car experience an amazing one!!! Secondly big shout out to Kalie Parks, she was so welcoming, professional and the service was amazing!! When i first walked in she greeted me at the door. She showed me couple cars and the features they have and i did a test drive. She asked me what i am interested in getting. She guided me step by step through the entire process of getting my first car although i was super nervous!! LOL. She offered me some bottle water as well which i thought that was super kind of her!! I must say i greatly recommend anyone that is interesting in buying a car please go to Kalie Parks. Her level of patience with me was beyond this world!!.. She waited over 5 hours while i shopped around for my car insurance. She offered me some car insurance as well. She was not rude or dismissive to me at all. She was super friendly and reassure me that we are going to find a reasonably quote that fits your budget. Also i want to say their restrooms are super clean so shout out to the cleaning crew!!.. I want to say thank you also to the financial department as well. He was very professional, friendly and welcoming!!. I must say his paper work desk was super cool!! I literally signed paper works on his desk!! lol. I enjoyed the entire experience. It was fun and exciting. Kalie showed me how to set up my GPS as well in my car before i head to work from the dealership. Keep up the good work Kalie. You are truly awesome!. Thank you so much and because of you i will never forget the first time buying my very first car!! :)”
