“BUYERS BEWARE!! Don't waste your time and energy dealing with Ciocca Ford of York. I stopped in to buy a new 25 Tremor and they clearly didn't want the sale. The sales people don't know the current offerings and rebates. I had to tell the sales rep when things like rebates were valid until. They tried blatantly lying saying rebates were expiring and price of the truck I wanted was going up the next day, which wasn't true and expired the 2nd and 5th respectfully. Joe Barrios, the one sales manager, is a con artist and a greedy little man. Take the slightly longer drive to Ourisman Ford in Alexandria Virginia and save yourself THOUSANDS without ANY hassle. Called Ourisman Ford in Alexandria and the same exact spec truck was $5000 CHEAPER without even haggling. Thanks for wasting my time but saving me thousands by not buying from you Ciocca Ford of York!”

“I've worked with Tim, the service rep, a few times recently. He's always been great to deal with. Today I went in with a complicated electronic issue that I didn't begin to understand. Tim explained it clearly and assured me they would figure it out. It took a little while but they found the problem. It could have been expensive; fortunately Tim found that the problem was covered by my warranty so it only cost $100. I hope I don't need his services again for a long time, but if I do I believe he will look out for my best interests.”

“Called 30 minutes before close on a Tuesday night to confirm a vehicle was available. Was told by Alyssa it was on the lot and they set up an appointment for me to check it out at 9:30 the next morning. It was discussed that I would be coming up from Baltimore (~1 hr 10 min). The next morning I received a call from Ben Salerno at 9 am and what do you know - the vehicle wasn’t actually on the lot. It was shipped to an auction two days prior. He was calling to “save me the trip” - not terribly helpful 45 minutes into the drive. I do realize Ben is not the one who told me it was there the night prior so this is not all on him. Frankly this kind of thing is what gives dealerships their shady reputations and why people can’t stand dealing with them. If you are looking for a reliable/trustworthy dealer I would skip this place.”

“Scheduled an appt to test drive 2025 F250 Tremor. Salesman was nice. Truck was great. They would only come down 500 of the price. Guess they didnt want to sell the truck. Called Ourisman Ford in VA. Didn't even have to haggle for the price. 5000 cheaper then Ciocca Ford York and It was the quickest sale ever. I guess I should thank Ciocca Ford York for saving me money.”
