âââââ Do NOT go to this place !!!! I honestly think the ratings for this place is boosted by fake accounts or bots. This was the worst dealership I ever visited in my life, which is impressive to say considering most dealerships (not all) are trying to get over on you in some way or another.
The entire experience was unclear and very frustrating seeing the staff clearly sees its buyers as idiots. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and welcoming, they showed me the car and then It was off to talk numbers. First problem was the wait time to talk about the pricing of the car is very very very long and drawn out (probably done this way because the longer youâre there the more likely you are to buy their stupidly priced car) , second was the listed price for the car advertised on the companyâs website was completely different than in person, they use this to get you into the door because once they tell you price itâll be higher by a couple thousand dollars, there will be all these clauses as to why its not that price that was listed on the website, its damn near false advertisement. When we talked about possibly getting that number to the amount that was advertised they ran my credit score before I even confirmed if I was buying the car. We eventually settled on a deal and shook on it, this deal was already a-lot higher than the listed price of the car due to a-lot of hidden fees. I then waited for over an hour to talk to the financial office (I was in the dealer for 3-4 hours at this point). Once in the financial office I was greeted to a number even HIGHER than the one i agreed to with the salesperson, not by a small amount, this was no accidental âoh i forgot about this feeâ, it was higher by a large margin. The associate helping me essentially was trying to downplay my credit score for as to why this number was the way it was (although I have great credit with a high borrowing rate) I told him this number seems very off considering I'm trading in a 2022 honda civic with low mileage and the car I was purchasing (a 2019 toyota 86) were not drastically that far off in value. I was then told that my Civic was not as good of a car as the 86, and that I shouldn't have expected monthly payments that was less than i was currently paying even though I had a trade in (brother thats the whole point to trade inâs) at this point i was very frustrated and was trying to leave when the associate told me âyou already ran your credit, why would you do that if you weren't going to buyâ and thatâs cause I rather deal with an inquiry that would leave my credit history soon than to be stuck in a terrible terrible deal with these scammers.
I am now the owner of a 2022 GR86 and paying less monthly than I was paying for my civic cause I went to a more honest place that respected my time. If you made it this far in my review please go anywhere else but here.â

âIâd recommend you coming here for the amazing selection and wonderful staff.
It would be in your best interest to properly understand financing and the value of your trade before coming to this dealer. After fees my purchase was about $10k over the asking price+tax. On top of that, the initial finance offer included a warranty that I didnât ask for. It was presented as âincluded with the priceâ, but it was actually an additional $9k that I had to ask a few times before it was removed. The advertised prices are really good; it gets you in the door. Once in the staff is great and was not at all pushy. Even after the fees they had the right car for me and I made the purchase with them.
Nicko (sales) and Orlando (finance) were a pleasure to work with. Iâd recommend this dealer, but someone unfamiliar with financing might end up with a warranty they werenât interested in.â

âWent in to look at a BMW X4 and walked right out with it. Tim was very courteous and understanding especially since i came in with my little siblings. Everyone treated us with respect and care. I also loved that i got a thorough run down on every paper beforehand so i knew exactly what i was signing which not a dealers tend to do.â

âWORST Car Buying Experience â Dishonest Pricing & Manipulative Tactics
I visited this dealership on Saturday around 3 PM, hoping to buy a car. What I experienced was incredibly frustrating and misleading from start to finish.
The advertised price was a trick â it only applied if you traded in a vehicle AND financed through them. If you didnât do both, the price instantly jumped $4,000. Then they added things like inspection fees, document fees, dealer fees, etc., totaling another $3,000. So the car ended up costing $7,000 more than the advertised price.
I told them I could only meet them halfway and offered to cover $2,000 of the difference, but they refused and insisted I pay $3,000 more. Then the salesperson jokingly suggested a coin flip to decide. I couldnât believe it. I actually have a video, photos, and a handshake of this moment. I lost the coin toss and reluctantly agreed to pay $3,000 extra.
We both confirmed the deal on paper: agreed price + tax only â no other hidden fees. I paid the deposit with my debit card, they ran my credit (which was perfectly fine), and I also set up my car insurance.
But when I got into the finance room, I was shocked to see the contract showed $4,200 more than the agreed price! They had basically taken off the price in one place only to add it back through bogus financing charges.
I challenged this, and after a back and forth, the finance manager took off $1,800 â but it was still not the deal we agreed to. I told them I could get my own loan with a lower APR and no hidden fees. They claimed the bank was charging them these fees, which made no sense.
Eventually, the general manager came out, and they took off another $1,400. Even then, I was still $1,000 over the agreed amount. They said they couldnât do more and that theyâd already âlost money.â
At this point, I had already paid a deposit and had my credit run, so my credit score took a hit for no reason. Now they say theyâre refunding the deposit, but the damage is done.
This is not how business should be done. If you agree on a deal, take a deposit, shake hands, and run a customerâs credit, you do NOT change the price later and try to sneak in extra fees through financing. This was a 4-hour ordeal â I left the dealership around 7 PM feeling disrespected and scammed.
Iâm sharing my experience so others can be warned. Just because you think a deal is sealed, doesnât mean they wonât try to change it at the last second. Be extremely cautious, ask for every fee in writing, and donât trust a handshake alone.â

âMy first time here and was impressed with their collection of cars. Mostly lightly used (pre-owned) luxury. Tim was very accommodating and wasn't your stereotypical "Used Car" salesman and that's a good thing. I was just passing through and one of their vehicles caught my attention. Tim assured me if there was something specific I was looking for if it wasn't on the lot they could find it. For my Latino familia Tim was also fluent in Spanish for what it's worth. As Arnold once famously said..."I'll be back" đâ
