“Honestly Amazing. My car decided to give out this morning so off we went to get a new one before my husband had work. I had been looking at a car from this dealership but we just never made the time to go there until we had no more leeway. I quickly looked up 2 more cars from their website just so I could have options. They had the carfax on the website and its easy to navigate through that and filtering out what youre looking for. 3 cars 1 20ish mintue drive later we pull up they've been open for 30 mintues we have our young son and about 3ish hours to get this figured out. The woman who greeted us Im not sure of her name she was wonderful. Kind, personable and so helpful. Everything you would want from anyone youre about to buy something from. She asked us some general information and by the time we finished with 1 car she had the next one ready for us. All 3 test drives done in a reasonable and efficient time. Any questions we had she was willing to give us answers and a little bit about the car before we got into it. I can not stress how nice this lady was everyone we met today was so nice which seems to be fading these days. We picked our car she was again efficient in getting everything drawn up questions asked financing ready to go. She ended up passing the ending of the transaction to a young man (im awful with names) he was a younger guy with glasses I believe and we also so very kind. He was personable and honest. When they say to come to them to see how buying a car should be their not kidding. They really will. Quite frankly its been the best customer service Ive ever had anywhere and I've been alive 30 years. I would reccomend them to anyone any day. They are a building with amazing people and I was throughly impressed. There's nothing I would change about how everything went down today with this. Blessed they were there for us when my car decided not to be anymore. You guys are truly lovely and kind. Dont change a thing!”
