“I had an amazing experience working with Blake at Alan Besco. From start to finish he went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car for my needs and budget. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me — not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy. We never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated how transparent and honest he was. It was a very stress free experience!! Thanks to Blake & Alan Besco I drove off in a car I absolutely love!!! If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Blake — you’ll be in great hands.”

“Blake helped my husband and I buy a car for our 17 year old. He was extremely nice and personable. Not pushy at all. A great salesman. The overall experience was easy and quick. 5 stars earned. We will be back if we ever need another used vehicle.”

“Everyone in the office was kind and welcoming! I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Blake during the process of trading in my car! He was very polite, patient and helpful! He even offered my son crayon’s and a coloring book and put on a cartoon for him to watch while we talked business. I appreciated Blake riding along with me during my test drive as I wasn’t too familiar with the area. I would rate this experience better than a five star if I could. I highly recommend!!”

“Purchased 2013 Ford Escape. I bought it mainly for my teenage daughter but it is so unreliable and potentially dangerous that I won’t let her drive it. List of repairs/current damage: Both CV axels replaced Transmission rebuilt Head gasket & manifold leaking Purge solenoid replacement Steering Assist Fault service Remote window panel broken Found lots of rust that had been covered up Window will not roll down Coolant temperature sensor & solenoid I’ve never had a vehicle this bad in 25 years. It’s cost me $5,000 in repairs in the first year and failed to startup multiple times leaving me and kids Ubering for over a month while waiting for repairs. The dealership sold it to me for about $11,000. The dealer, in writing agreed to fix the power window control panel. It has broken again after their repair. It turns out they glued it in place instead of replacing the panel cover. Glue. The first month of ownership I noticed severe shaking at highway speeds. I dropped off the car at Alan Besco and returned several hours later only to find my car in the exact spot I left it. EXACT. I watched as the technician drove it into the garage and called me 5 minutes later to tell he couldn’t find much wrong. He was unaware I had been in the waiting room during his 5 minute “evaluation.” Realizing that I wasn’t going to get any help, I took it to another mechanic. They determined the front axles needed replacement AND I had oil leaking badly. Not happy with all these damages, I called Alan Besco and talked to the owner. She told me to bring it in and she’d give me a deal. Their shop took another look at it and said the valve cover gasket is leaking oil, and it’s not just the axels but the transmission AND I’d have to take it elsewhere as they don’t service transmissions. They quoted $400 dollars to fix the gasket but said they had no time in the next MONTH to do it. I pretty much gave up for my own sanity with them at this point. I received no “deal” as the owner told me. The transmission shop did an a dye test to determine where the engine oil leaks as well. Turns out there were 2 leaks—not 1. They also rebuilt the transmission AND replaced the front axles. I currently cannot fuel the vehicle all the way and it will not start on the first attempt—purge solenoid replacement I’m told. The “steering assist fault” warning comes on and you cannot steer. Sounds crazy and it’s scary when your steering locks up. The car has to be turned off and back on to regain steering. Another trip to the Ford shop. Lastly, “car guys” have taken one look at my car and laughed at the paint job on the ENTIRE front. I wish I had known this vehicle had enough damage to warrant new paint and it likely explains the damage engine, transmission, cooling, electrical issues, and we found that many the clips and harnesses were not reattached after whoever worked on it. A sensor was completely severed ($300) and a radiator clamp was disengaged. I normally leave positive reviews but this car and dealer have really put me in a financial hard spot. I tried twice to have them fix it—both times my car was not repaired and zero ownership of any kind was taken by Alan Besco. They were given two chances to fix the issues before I left a negative review. Any dealer can be 5 star when they sell you a good car. Are they 5 star when they sell you a broken car—do they take accountability? Their website claimed “like new is all we do,” I have physical evidence in this car that this is a bold lie.”
