“Writing this review solely to say how much we loved our salesman. Philip Leblanc was the kindest person and made sure to get us into the car we wanted with a payment we could easily afford. He played with our kids the whole time we did paperwork and it was seriously so nice of him, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I am also so appreciative of his knowledge and his honesty. I didn’t feel pressured or like he was trying to constantly upsell me the way other salesmen have, he listened and got us exactly what we wanted. If you go in, ASK FOR PHILIP. “Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my car in for routine service including an oil change. Immediately after leaving, I drove straight to Jiffy Lube for an emissions inspection. They told me my car was actively leaking oil and was unsafe to drive. Jiffy Lube found the oil drain plug was destroyed, the oil filter gasket was torn, oil was all over the underside and skid plate, and two skid plate screws were missing. They told me if I had kept driving, it could have caused catastrophic engine damage. If I had driven home instead, which is a 35 minute commute, my engine could have been destroyed and I could have been put in danger. I returned to Murdock immediately. No apology. No concern. No accountability. No questions. They just asked for my keys. Since then, I have emailed both the Service Manager and General Manager and have received zero response. This is not a small mistake. This is negligence. They returned my car to me in an unsafe condition and could have caused major damage or a serious safety incident. The fact that they won’t even respond afterward says everything. I would never trust this service department again, even for something as basic as an oil change.”

“Jeff at Murdock was awesome! And his manager Sam was great as well. I had a rough experience last year buying my wife's Defender at another dealership so I told myself I was going to do my research. I watched tons of YouTube videos about the current car market and how dealerships do different sales tactics. I talked to all the chevy dealerships on the Wasatch front. I was very direct and picky. The best dealership thst gave me the straight answers and got back to me the fastest was Jeff at Murdock. Super honest and great to work with. I got a great deal on a 2026 Colorado Bison. Great value for my trade-in. Honest and Fair with no gotcha stuff going on. My best car buying experience in my 44 years of life! Thanks Jeff and Sam at Murdock.
