I have dealt with multiple car salesman from various dealerships and Hoblit always provides the best customer service. Anthony from Hoblit was easy to deal with. Being 3 hours away, I called on a truck I was interested in and he ran the numbers for me, and answered all my questions regarding the truck. Within 48 hours I purchased the truck. “Edit: Stu the GM reached out within hours of me dropping my review. He finally was able to secure the charger I was promised and it arrived yesterday. I do appreciate the helpfulness in resolving the problem but still mildly annoyed by the whole situation, not to mention I still had to buy the window storage bag myself. They get one star because I'm happy with my Certified Used 2023 Jeep 4xe overall. But two issues. I went in to buy, and told the finance guy Meysem that I intended to purchase a Mopar service plan. He pivoted and sold me one from some company called Portfolio by enticing me with a lower cost on the plan and by offering to lower my financed interest rate by a full percentage point in doing so. I regretted the decision immediately when I went home and read the horrible reviews for Portfolio and the BBB complaints. I called about a week later to cancel the plan and of course Meysem wanted to know why, I told him, bad reviews, I decided I wanted to go with Mopar like my original plan. After trying unsuccessfully to talk me out of canceling the plan, suddenly now Meysem offers me the Mopar plan I talked about wanting on the day of purchase - but conveniently never said he could sell me then. I decided I didn't like that and canceled the Portfolio contract and bought the Mopar plan on my own elsewhere. The second issue when I purchased the 4xe - it was Certified Used through Jeep. I noticed as I was about to leave the lot after signing papers, the Jeep did not have the OEM Level 1 charger or the window storage bag for the back windows on a Sky One Touch model. I told my salesman, Anthony, who said he would figure it out for me because this was a lease return and sold Certified. After a few days I had to ask for an update, and Anthony told me I would not get the window bag, but because the Jeep was Certified Used they "had to" provide the charger and Anthony stated he would get it shipped. I live in Minnesota and was traveling for a month after buying the Jeep, expecting the chrager would be waiting at home after my trip. I texted Anthony countless times requesting shipping information, kept getting the run around, until finally he said Parts wasn't responding and he was going to purchase the charger for me himself and expense it out. Later I get a text with a screenshot that he purchased some off-brand charger from Amazon to send me. I'm sorry but no, if my Jeep is Certified and a charger was part of the original equipment, the charger should have been returned by the previous lesee who returned it (same with the storage bag, frankly). I was told I was getting the charger and I expected OEM equipment, not aftermarket parts off Amazon more than a full month after purchase. It's now over a month later and I have no charger for my 4xe and this dealership won't spend the ”

“Well, there’s too much to say about these guys. They really took care of me and my brother in law. The Trucks they offer here are the best for the money, hands down. My brother in law was having trouble finding a truck that checked enough boxes, well they had a Laramie 1500 that had more than he expected to find in his price point. With the rebates they had at the time and the friendliness of our sales rep, it was a very pleasant truck buying experience. I plan on coming back when I’m ready for a new rig!
