“This was just a basic oil change and tire rotation service. I also requested an accessory install. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, and I have peace of mind knowing that OEM parts were used on my vehicle. I have been coming to this dealership for over eight years, and I have rarely had any issues. The workmanship is always the best in the business, and the parts and fluids were engineered specifically for my Fords. Sure, dealership work often costs more than independent auto shops, but I know that the work will be done right the first time; and if there is EVER a problem, the dealership will fix it. It is true that there can be a long wait sometimes, but there’s a reason for that. They do great work! When you’re one of the best service providers in town, it attracts more customers. Also, Koons doesn’t only service Ford vehicles—they service other makes and models, too. Not to mention that they do state inspections for free. That alone brings in tons of customers. So, yeah, there is a wait sometimes, and it can be frustrating. But the service is worth it. I recommend Koons Woodbridge Ford for all maintenance and service needs on your vehicles.”

“I found a cute Sentra online, clean car fax(as they say) & low miles. Syed texted me pics and a video of the car. It looked really nice from the pics & video, went to look at it, the car had rust, dents and dings all over the entire car and even had a crack in the fender that someone had tried to fix with paint! I understand it’s a used car, but I drove three hours to Woodbridge to buy this car, I feel like I should've been told about the dents, dings and especially the rust! I test drove the car, Asked Syed if there was a highway close by and was told “Yes, but I will get caught in traffic” but I could drive it up and down the road by the dealership and go 55mph. I don’t know about anyone else, but when I buy car, I like to get on the highway and open it up and go faster then the speed limit just to see how the car does. So that was a big 🚩 as well for me. Had I known all of this, I would have NEVER drove 3hrs there. I did not buy the car. They became very pushy and they definitely tried their hardest to get me to buy it. They offered me money off and offered to have someone fix it and have it delivered to my house, no thanks! They said that I drove three hours and that it was only right that they tried to make it right for me. I was not satisfied with the car, so I left it right where it was! I loved the sunroof and peanut butter seats, but it was just too much cosmetic and visible damage for me. I will say Syed was very nice and professional and texted me in a timely manner. I will NEVER go back here again nor recommend them to anyone! *PICTURES DONT DO JUSTICE. The car looked bad!”
