“The average buyer does little in the way of research precisely what they want in a car and this has trained car sales people to imagine they know better than their customers what's good for us. I went to several dealerships in search of my vehicle of choice, after meticulous research and comparisons regarding the model and features I wanted. Everyone of those places wanted to tell me why I was better off with some car they had sitting on the lot. Skylar was different! After he judged that I was set on what I wanted, no time was wasted trying to convince me why the trucks he had had were better than the one I had been researching for months. He simply searched his inventory, found the one I wanted and transferred it from another State in less than a week. This was both gratifying as a customer that there was enough intelligence to recognize that the transaction could be markedly sped up if we treated each other with cordiality and respect. Yes, at the end of the day he sold me the truck I wanted but more importantly he recognized that this was a process fraught with a lot of doubt and uncertainly and it pays to allow the customer to let the information marinate and be the ones making the final decision. Many a person returns home and wonders why the hell they let someone talk them into a car they were not interested in to begin with. This is what we mean when we denigrate 'used car sales guys'. Please if you are reading this and you sell cars, take a queue from Skylar and his Teams strategy - trust and honor the intelligence of shoppers. Sure that Audi has spoilers but I may be looking to start an Uber business not break Autobahn records! As Roger Ebert used to say "2 thumbs - way the hell up!"”

“MC and KJ were very helpful and easy to work with. MC was there to get me what I wanted. What I was looking for and what I left with, were two different scenarios. I left with a far better deal than I expected. We ran numbers with no hassle and they did not try to push anything on me that I did not want. I left with a Nissan Rogue, fully loaded. I have never had a fully loaded car so I was excited beyond the moon! I highly recommend this place to look for a car.”

“On a bit of a whim, I decided that it was time to retire my 2011 Hyundai Elantra after nine years of service and look at getting another car. A friend told me that Enterprise did car sales, which surprised me, but looking at their website I was very impressed with their selection and how flexible they were.
On Memorial Day, I called the dealership and asked what time they closed, as it was already five o'clock. They said they closed at six, but encouraged me to come in anyway. I hate being one of those people who walk into a restaurant in the last ten minutes and force everyone to stay later, so I was appreciative that they really welcomed me!
When I got there, the car was already pulled to the front and Pete Reed was there to greet us! It took no time at all to get a test drive in. I'd rented a Mirage before so I was well up on it, but it never hurts to feel the car you might be buying!
After that, I really wanted the car so we started through the paperwork. No haggling over the price. No trying to one-up or outdo each other. Just straight to the financing, which was very easy!
We likely could have left that night with the new (for us) car if I hadn't forgotten to bring the title of my old car with me. Oops. But I returned the next day, presented the title, and in about thirty minutes my tags were transferred over and I was driving her home.
I've decided to name her Colonel Mustard. :) If you're debating whether or not to go with Enterprise, do so!! From what I could tell there was no commission, no pressure, and a great selection of cars where you know the history, you know they were maintained, and the warranty package makes it all essentially risk free. HIGHLY recommend, and many many thanks to Pete Reed for making it as painless and easy as possible. I'll definitely be skipping dealers in the future and looking at Enterprise for my used cars.”

“My husband and I made an appointment with Jeremy Patterson at the Woodbridge location on rt. 1 to purchase a truck. However when we arrived we were told that the vehicle was not there. We never received a phone call from Jeremy informing us that the truck was not there. Once we arrived, Jeremy told us that he was busy and deferred us to another sales associate. Once we sat down with the associate at that moment, we were told the truck was not there. Jeremy never called us to let us know this , not to mention I spoke with him on the phone confirming the appointment for January 11, 2025. Needless to say, we had a one hour travel time and a wasted check from our bank to purchase the vehicle. Apparently, the staff has no customer service experience and is very unorganized.
The ambience was horrible and had a very unprofessional appearance.”
