“I just bought a car a few days ago from Woburn Chevy, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Austin. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is patient, honest, and genuinely cares about you as a customer—not just making a sale—ask for him. I came in completely indecisive and unsure of what I wanted. When I first arrived, I was only browsing, and Austin greeted me with zero pressure and offered help in a way he could and that immediately made me feel comfortable. I started by looking at certified pre-owned vehicles and eventually explored brand-new options, and through every step, Austin was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Once I made my decision, he made sure everything was perfect. He took his time helping me set up OnStar, Bluetooth, and the myChevy app, and never rushed me. When I noticed a bit of residue and a sticker left from the vehicle’s unwrapping, he didn’t hesitate to take care of it and even included a complimentary car detail—just to make sure I left happy.
