The dealership had a very desirable vehicle at a truly competitive price, and with all the online tools available today like TrueCar and Carfax, it was easy to recognize that this was a great deal. My salesman Cole was extremely respectful, professional, and communicative. He answered all of my questions clearly and never came across as pushy. What impressed me most was how smooth and straightforward the process was. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour, which is almost unheard of in my experience. I’ve purchased around 10 cars from dealerships over the years, and usually it feels like pulling teeth with all the upsells and pressure. This time was different. There was no hard sell on extras, just genuine customer service. It really felt like I was treated as a valued customer, not just another person to squeeze for every dollar. “I recently purchased a new 2025 Nissan Armada PRO-4X through Kelly Nissan of Woburn and highly recommend them. Since I live about an hour away, I worked with Matthew over the phone to before arriving and to setup an appointment to test drive. Once there, I met Cole who got everything setup for me to test drive the vehicle. Once we were back, we talked pricing and were able to agree on a great price. Cole was great to work with and truly made this the best car buying experience I've had yet. At no point were there any high pressure tactics or games played in the process. Cole was fantastic at making sure I understood the numbers and worked quickly with his manager to address any questions I had. When it came time to talk financing, Ahmed was also great to work with. He ran through different scenarios around extended warranties and coverage timeframes that I was considering and helped me find the best option at a reasonable price. Though I haven't had any cars serviced here, I did take a look at the service area since my work office is only about 15 minutes away and was also extremely impressed with the cleanliness, waiting area, and service bays. This dealership's offerings are exceptional compared to other dealerships that I've purchased vehicles from or had my cars serviced at in the past.
