“Update, I was struggling with time it took to get new truck out of service. Despite the rental I was provided with i just wanted my new truck back. Bobby Reese stayed in contact with me regularly which helped with the frustration. He was making sure it was perfect so I didn't need to come back anytime soon. That part i appreciate. Its a huge dealership so waits can happen. But everything was resolved to my satisfaction. We had an excellent experience. Frank Sergi was my salesperson. You know how a salesperson will talk and talk and talk? Frank talked but he also listened to what wanted. He turned my experience into best I've ever had after years buying vehicles. He is very responsive even when he is busy. Second, finance Tracey Jackson was a Rockstar. She explained everything clearly and made sure understood everything before leaving. I've had dealers that would wear you down trying to sell you something extra. Tracey never did that. I asked about warranty options and she laid everything out and never pressured us to do anything. When we had questions she never looked away or disinterested. She literally locked eyes with us until finished and answered patiently. For such a huge dealership we didn't feel like we were just another number. We had a terrible experience in Duluth last year with another giant dealer. Night and day difference. We will be long-term customers.”
