“I had a great experience with Malloy Toyota of Winchester and especially want to recognize Andrew, the used car manager, for how well everything was handled. I purchased a Land Rover on December 24th and absolutely loved the vehicle. Unfortunately, on the morning of the 15th, a battery warning light came on and it turned out to be related to a converter issue. While this electrical issue was not covered under warranty and is one of those things that can randomly happen, it had absolutely nothing to do with the dealership. Despite that, Malloy Toyota went above and beyond. They took the vehicle in promptly, diagnosed the issue, walked me through my options, installed a new battery free of charge, detailed the vehicle, and even helped arrange towing to where I wanted it taken. The communication, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out.
