Even though we chose a different brand of vehicle cue to personal preferences, Yurii's professionalism was top-notch. I highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the market.”

“Jose was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Not a pushy salesman! I don’t think anyone has had a “good” experience at any dealership, it’s just too time consuming to not be frustrating but this was by far the best and most painless experience we’ve had at any dealership! We bought the 2026 Equinox & 2026 Silverado. Jose and his team did an amazing job and got us in and out fairly quickly! Highly recommend!!!”

“Magic was a great salesmen. He got my husband a really good deal on his trade and even got us a lot of money off on his new truck. I would recommend him. I will say, buying a car on sunday wasn't ideal and I wouldn't recommend it. We got to the dealership at 11:30 and didn't leave until after 4:30. We waited on the finanical part for 2 hours. Along with that, the guy working with us during the finanical part did not do a great job at all. He never told us what company we would be financing through, our interest rate and was super pushy about the extended warranty. He did not seem to want me near my husband when it came time to do the financing. Being very weird and off putting towards me. Luckily I was in the room with my husband when he was signing papers because the numbers on the sheet weren't right and those needed to be fixed. I have never had an experience like this, and it surely didn't make me feel comfortable towards the end. Just be aware and ask questions because I had to look at the paperwork at home to figure out which bank it was being financed through.”

“The whole team was excellent. You know - I honestly felt Malloy was willing to work for my business and make an attempt to satisfy the customer. I have spoken to many dealerships and made many financial deals and sales in the past (On both ends of the spectrum) --- They worked with me to build a deal I was comfortable with and sometimes thats all a customer wants the comfort of knowing they are getting a fair deal in this crazy market we live in. I understand they want to make money (Thats why they are in business) -- But in the same respect I want to save as much as possible also :) --- Especially on a near 100K investment! Overall - Very satisfied with all aspects of this deal from the vehicle price to trade in value to financing rates with thier banks.”

“We had an amazing experience at Malloy in Winchester, VA! From the moment we stepped out of the car, someone was there to help us. They had all the vehicles we were interested in easily accessible and ready to go. The process was incredibly smooth—fast approval, clear and simple paperwork, and no pressure or gimmicks.
We originally spoke to Mackenzie and her manager (I wish I remembered his name!) over the phone, and they were so friendly and helpful that I decided to stop by in person. Even though Mackenzie wasn’t there at the time, Marcus stepped in right away and took excellent care of us. He was professional, kind, and efficient—and honestly, the whole team worked together seamlessly to make sure things moved quickly without ever making us feel rushed.
They truly listened to our budget and our needs, instead of just pushing what they could get us approved for. We walked out with two cars for basically the price of one—both packed with features beyond the standard—and one is paid off while the other is only half financed! On top of that, they filled our tanks, cleaned both cars, and gave my husband a great offer for his trade-in.
This was hands down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Malloy to anyone looking for a dealership that values people over profit!”
