“While the rest of the staff at Winchester Chevrolet Malloy was helpful and professional, my experience with salesman Nathan Dossey was disappointing. After the sale was finalized, communication became very inconsistent despite multiple attempts to reach out.
Nathan failed to follow through on providing a license plate bracket as promised. While the bracket itself was inexpensive, it was the principle of the matter and the lack of follow-through that was frustrating. I ultimately had to purchase one myself. He also stated he would get my vehicle into the shop, but that never happened.
Additionally, when I traded in my 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer, it had a second key. Nathan told me I could bring that key back when my license plate bracket was delivered, which never occurred due to the lack of follow-up.
Given how positive my interactions were with everyone else at Winchester Chevrolet Malloy, this lack of reliability and communication from the salesperson was especially disappointing. I would advise future customers to ensure any commitments made by Nathan Dossey are documented and followed up on.”

“I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Malloy and the advertised price was 10k off MSRP. I inquired about it and also had a trade. We were working on numbers and the offer that was sent had a bottom line item of other for $1895. I asked about this and was told it was the destination charge which was already added to the msrp. So the discount was actually $8105. The salesman disagreed and said you have to look at the fine print. Math is math either you discount it 10k or you make it 8105, just be honest with your customers. This is deceiving advertising, also the same as lying to your customers. I would not recommend this dealership. They also couldn't believe I bought a brand new truck and didn't pay a dealer processing few but there are honest dealerships out there that take care of their customers. It is sad that Malloy just doesn't seem to be one of them.”

“My husband and I had an excellent experience at Malloy Chevrolet of Winchester! Our salesperson, Tyler Swisher, was amazing to work with — very professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond to get us into a truck that checked all the boxes while staying within our budget.
We also want to give a huge shoutout to Rick in finance. He was efficient, organized, and made the paperwork process quick and easy. He even went the extra mile to offer my kids a snack to keep them entertained while we finished everything up — a small gesture that made a big difference.
Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend asking for Tyler and Rick if you’re shopping at Malloy Chevrolet!”

“We had an amazing experience at Malloy in Winchester, VA! From the moment we stepped out of the car, someone was there to help us. They had all the vehicles we were interested in easily accessible and ready to go. The process was incredibly smooth—fast approval, clear and simple paperwork, and no pressure or gimmicks.
We originally spoke to Mackenzie and her manager (I wish I remembered his name!) over the phone, and they were so friendly and helpful that I decided to stop by in person. Even though Mackenzie wasn’t there at the time, Marcus stepped in right away and took excellent care of us. He was professional, kind, and efficient—and honestly, the whole team worked together seamlessly to make sure things moved quickly without ever making us feel rushed.
They truly listened to our budget and our needs, instead of just pushing what they could get us approved for. We walked out with two cars for basically the price of one—both packed with features beyond the standard—and one is paid off while the other is only half financed! On top of that, they filled our tanks, cleaned both cars, and gave my husband a great offer for his trade-in.
This was hands down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Malloy to anyone looking for a dealership that values people over profit!”
