“Excellent service. Garrett was straightforward and to the point. Most painless process I've ever had a at a car dealership. Was in and out in 30 minutes to complete financial paperwork and drive off with my new car. Have earned a repeat customer.”

“When we arrived at Parkway Subaru of Wilmington, I was not sure we would be buying a car. We met with Jeremy Race who has been there 16 yrs. He was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. No pushiness whatsoever. We ended up buying an Outback Ltd that day. Thank You Jeremy Rice for making our experience easy and great.”

“My wife dropped her car off here while I was out of town because it died on her while on market street. They "diagnosed" that the car needed a new battery. That cost $200 just to "diagnose" the problem. If I wanted to get the battery replaced there, it was gonna cost me $500. You can get a new battery for $200 and it takes 5 maybe 10 minutes tops to change a battery so thats $300 in labor for 10 minutes? I came by to get the car so I could change the battery myself. They left the glove box on the floor with the cabin filter just laying there. We never asked them to change the cabin filter. They checked it and just left it. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP! They take advantage of people who don't know anything about cars.”

“I bought a new vehicle in January, and there was a hiccup with that purchase. There were multiple scratches (one down to the metal) and swirl marks all over this brand new car. We were shocked that they were about to let the car leave their lot like that. Thankfully, they fixed it quickly & we swept that under the rug. I took my vehicle to its first maintenance appointment at 6k miles. After the service, my husband noticed that there were scratches on my wheels by the lug nuts from them rotating the tires. All four wheels. He pointed it out, the employee at the service counter took photos and said they would report it to their manager & we’d get a call. No one ever called us about it. I received a call today from someone thanking us for our business and that’s when I brought up the issue and that no one had contacted us yet. I received a call from the service manager, Selena shortly after. She said she’d have to check with the general manager about it. She said that they went out on the lot & looked at all cars with dark wheels and all of them had scratches from tire rotations. She said it would happen again and it’s unavoidable because the tool only has so much space. It’s hard to believe that so many people’s wheels would come out scratched and they would just not care? As a family that owns 6 Subarus & does all general maintenance (the only reason we don’t on this vehicle is because it’s new and under warranty) we know how untrue this is. If the tech was careful and also used a nylon coated socket, no damage would have occurred on the wheels. Bottom line is, I brought my car in perfect condition and left with all 4 of my wheels scratched on my 6 month old vehicle. They were way over torqued when we measured as well, some were over 110 foot pounds when they’re supposed to be 89. The fact that they offered no help & took no accountability is astounding to me. All I got was a “sorry, it’s just the nature of dark wheels”. This dealership won’t be getting a penny more from me & I don’t recommend them to anyone. Be cautious when taking your vehicle in and definitely inspect it before leaving.”
