“Arranged a purchase from out of state and about a 6 hour drive. Prices were agreed upon without much effort and what I felt comfortable paying for the truck. The process was seamless once I got to the dealership and my salesman was very communicative and easy to work with. I was on a time crunch to get back to my hotel and check out and get back on the road and the team at Jeff Gordon did a good job getting me in and out. Without trading a vehicle in, it was the easiest process I've had in the 10 or so cars I've bought in my lifetime. The one thing I did not prepare for was the extended warranty offer. The prices are supposedly negotiable on these and I was not prepared with numbers when I went into this process. So I accepted mostly what came from the finance manager. Not wanting to settle for what I had just been "rushed" through, I realized I could cancel the extended warranty and shop around with other dealers, which is exactly what I did. Saved myself about $2k. While I get everyone is trying to make money, I feel as though this portion was rushed and I felt a little bamboozled. But it was my fault for wanting to get done with the transaction and not slowing things down. Just things to think about for the next person. I would absolutely shop here again, just come prepared to only spend what was agreed upon prior to the trip down. Very satisfied with the sales team.”
