“After many years of being a loyal customer of your service department I visited Friday February 20th. Upon arrival I pulled in like normal and sat there for a few minutes. I was the only one in the drive thru. When I was finally approached and greeted there was no energy, no enthusiasm. Friday was bad. What was once a high energy, enthusiastic service department now feels lackluster and defeated. I was only told there have been some changes and not for the good by one of your team members (not any of your advisors). I don't know the details but I can tell you with certainty that is has had a ripple effect and as a customer I can feel it. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and letting others know as well.”

“I purchased a ‘certified’ gmc Acadia 2025. Didn’t even get off the lot to find that the on-star did not work Was told to take it across the street to the parts and service center. After removing the dash and whatever else to access the on-star module. Was told the part needed to be ordered . Ok . Oh. Yeah. It could take up to two months for said part. What !! Without the on-star working , neither does any of the other controls on the screen. ( basically I got a giant radio ) until it’s fixed. Go to leave said service department , start my Certified vehicle just to get a warning that an emergency call was being placed. Went back in to service dept just to be told to hit the ok button every time I start the vehicle. Then noticed nothing on the dash was correct date,time,temperature, It has not been a good experience at all ! Now on-star says it could be 5 months for part. Uggggggggg. This vehicle was bought used but CERTIFIED”

“We were getting ready to leave on a 2 month camping trip and our truck died. We had it towed to Bob King on a Saturday - you can’t believe how helpful they were, and with a reduced staff, they worked on it Monday and it was ready to pick up Tuesday at 7am!!! We worked with Rueben Royal and he was just fantastic - keeping us informed and making it happen!!!! And everyone at Bob King is so nice and so helpful. We use them for all our truck service. Thank you Bob King and thank you Rueben!!!!!!! Kathy Shearer”

“As always, the dealership staff were all very helpful and friendly. My sales person Kyle worked very hard to help me find what I wanted and the finance office was efficient, helpful, and quick in getting the paperwork completed. Overall a very pleasant buying experience. Would definitely recommend Bob King to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”
