“Made it impossible to buy a vehicle I found online and was ready to purchase. Had to call 3 times and never got any quality information or a knowledgeable sales representative. All I got was people telling me I would get a call back and cars can’t be shipped out of state which is silly if I was willing to organize the transport. Someone lost out on the easiest commission ever. Wish this dealer lots of luck but they may want to retrain the staff.”
