They even put it on their charger until I picked it up. This was a vastly different experience from my experience at westherr in Amherst where they were supposed to do a tire rotation and charged me for a tire rotation that they never actually did. Not to mention they knew nothing about EVs and they were surprised that it didn't need an oil change. I know everybody's experience is different with dealer service but I had no problem with Dave Smith. It went smoothly. That's about all you can ask for.”
