“Using this dealership to service my existing truck brought me to them when I needed a new car for my wife. While it wasn't a quick sales contract process the final deal on the Trailblazer was well worth the wait. And the service crew across the board is there for you when you need it as they have been for me.”

“Had a great experience with Adrien at Loyalty Chevrolet. He, aswell as everyone there were very patient and understanding, and really took the time to explain every aspect of my new truck, and how to get all the gadgets set up. I can't think them enough for bearing with me, and helping me understand when I had questions. I will definitely be a return customer if I ever need another vehicle.”

“We cannot sing this dealerships praises enough! My husband and I purchased a 2025 Chevy equinox from Priority Chevy in Newport News on June 8th, just 3 weeks ago, and had a horrible experience. We were misled, swindled, and flat out lied to. We were originally going to buy 2 cars at the same dealership but since the experience was so terrible we naturally chose to go somewhere else for my car. We ended up in Loyalty and Im so glad we did. They were understanding and considerate of our recent experience and it showed with what care they took. Micah and Meghan were amazing throughout every step! Informative and welcomed and encouraged any question. Pam was nice as well, who we spoke to our first stop in. She even called the day after purchase to check in. Honestly everyone we interacted with that day was great no matter how busy they were. And seeing them all work as a team helping each other was a huge bonus. They not only made our buying experience with our new 2026 Equinox fantastic but they helped fixed the screw up of the previous dealership that had nothing to do with them. That shows the level of care and service that was given. I was wrecked with worry and stress after our first buying experience but they turned it around and my husband and I walked out feeling relieved and confident in our investments. They definitely have my business for life and that's good considering all their true lifetime guarantees lol We are happy to be a part of the Loyalty family now! Seriously, you won't regret your purchase.”

“So many great things to say, I don’t know where to start. I began searching for a new truck in 2023. Saw Loyalty’s commercials and the perks they offered (lifetime free inspections/oil changes/etc) and wanted to go with them. Because I work with mechanics, I asked the head one if he recommended a dealership and he suggested one even further from me. Long story short, I ended up buying from a different dealer even further than the recommended one. That dealership bent over backwards to help me find the exact truck I wanted, worked tirelessly to get me the best deal I could (didn’t have good credit back then, but not bad credit either), and ended up doing a dealer swap for mine. After I signed all the paperwork and drove off in my new whip, I felt on top of the world. This dealer, Haley Chevy in Midlo, did all that and offered my first service free……and that was it. After that service, I never heard from them again, and couldn’t get in contact with anyone, nothing. So I decided to use my local dealer, Whitmore. Never had any real problems with them. The occasional overpricing estimate for things sure, but most of the time I just felt like another number to them. Good truck service, but lacking on the customer service. Then summer came and my check engine light came on. Called Whitmore, but they couldn’t fit me in due to staffing. So I tried Haley GMC by the airport. I was about to go on vacation and needed my truck, so I simply asked if they could squeeze me in real quick to see how major of an issue it was. The service rep was rude and his demeanor gave off “here’s another white lady asserting herself to the front of the line” vibes. I am not like that at all. Took it to Whitmore after my vacation and they got the needed part in faster than Haley. So where does Loyalty come in, you ask? My truck wouldn’t start (engine) but it also wouldn’t turn off (completely). So I called around (again, Whitmore was too busy) and when I tried Loyalty, I spoke to Kait. Cannot say enough good things about her. She recommended a good tow company to bring it to Loyalty. Kait gave me updates every step of the way. When it was ready to pick up, she complimented some of my accessories and decorations. The problem was a simple fuse issue that only cost me the $190 diagnostic fee (still hurt my wallet) plus the tow fee. So when it came time for my state inspection and an oil change, there was no question where I was taking it: Loyalty. When I finally met Kait, I thanked her for all her help previously and she gave my truck even more compliments. She also gave me recommendations on more upgrades and accessories when I told her what I wanted to do with my truck. Later I overheard her helping another customer to which she went above and beyond to help them, too. Even if what she said to me are things she says to every customer, she made me feel valued, appreciated, and dare I say a little giddy. Whenever her next review is, she deserves a raise and/or should be considered for a promotion. Don’t let her go! Thank you for taking such good care of my truck, my most prized possession, and making me feel like my patronage matters to your business. You have gained my loyalty! Just wish I had actually called Loyalty back in 2023 to buy my truck through them. Womp on my part”
