“Well they sent me a link to leave a review so I guess this is on them:
Shawn was great as a sales rep but the process left a bad taste in my mouth. I went to Tom Wood to find a cheaper vehicle and because they advertise that they will offer you $300 more for your trade in than other offers. I had an offer for $5800 from Carvana and a second offer for $4400. Tom Wood gave me a total of $4500 after some negotiating up from the $4000 they originally offered.
After test driving a few vehicles we decided on one. During the paperwork process there was a lot of back and forth where Shawn had to go talk with someone else. At one point he brought me back a price but they had left out where they still had to pay off the vehicle I was trading in. No big deal. Get new paperwork. Agree to a price. Agree to let them run credit. Credit comes back and they start having us sign paperwork. Then they sneak in the inspection report. This is after we already reviewed the Carfax and have agreed to everything. Understand we’re buying it as is, but based on the Car Fax we believe its just a high mileage older vehicle. Then they hand me an inspection report outlining $1500+ in repairs that they believe need to be made. This left a bad taste in my mouth because it wasnt given to us until after we’d agreed to everything and let them run credit for financing. I brought it up and it was a lot of finger pointing because we’re dealing with the sales agent who is dealing with a manager of some sort who’s probably dealing with someone else. So i finally agree to sign it but ask if Ill get a copy which they agree to. Then we get through the financing stuff with someone else, he gives is the paperwork and we leave. Today while looking at the paperwork they failed to include the inspection report. Surprise surprise.
Everyone suggested that things were out of order and that we shouldve been given the inspection report first. Ive bought one vehicle from Tom Wood so I cant speak to their process but %100 of the time they gave me the inspection report after id signed most of the documentation.”

“I am so thankful my search for a new car led me to Tom Wood Toyota. I was contacted right away about the model I was interested in test driving that was unavailable at other Indianapolis Toyota dealerships.
I was dreading going through the car buying process but Grant Husselman, my sales consultant, made the entire process relaxed and as easy as possible.
Grant was extremely informative about the different cars I was interested in, he provided me with additional information on both of them, followed up with me after my initial visit, and answered every question I had about the process. Grant was kind and personable through the entire experience from walking in the door to driving off the lot in my new Corolla hatchback!
I would highly recommend anyone in the process of buying a car to visit Tom Wood Toyota and specifically to work with Grant on your next purchase of a vehicle!”

“The service I received there was completely unacceptable. It was unresponsive, lacked basic politeness, and was frankly nasty at times. The entire experience was disappointing. I expect a much higher standard of customer interaction. They treat me really bad and they take care about my camry 2025 from 0 to 100, completely 0 talking about communication, zero polite people, never answer and they check all my car and grab my personal property and leave it in a disaster way. Terrible service.”

“This is hands down the best Toyota dealership I’ve ever been to! I bought my white Toyota Corolla about 9 years ago, and while I absolutely love this car for how reliable it’s been, a few years ago I started noticing chipped paint all over. I actually got a letter from Toyota saying it was a known issue and would be covered, but life happened and I never got around to it.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago — the paint looked terrible, so I finally read the letter carefully and realized it was still covered! I decided to go to Tom Wood Toyota, and I’m SO glad I did.
Kolton Nowlin was amazing from start to finish. As soon as I told him about the paint issue, he got the process moving right away. He called me right away to let me know I could bring in my car the next day an assessment, submitted the claim immediately, and within a week, everything was approved. I dropped off my car, and they even provided me with a rental — a 2025 Toyota RAV4 (which I now want to buy, by the way 😂) — plus Uber rides to and from work.
About nine days later, my car was ready, and it looks brand new! They repainted the whole car (except the bumpers, which weren’t covered), and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Huge thank you to Kolton for being so helpful, professional, and just awesome throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here for service from now on — and when it’s time for a new car, I’m coming back to Tom Wood Toyota! 🙌🚗”

“On Monday, September 15th, 2025 I contacted Tom Wood Toyota is regards to a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring they had listed on their website. The lady at the front desk transferred my call to Michael. Michael sent us more information about the vehicle and set up an appointment for us to come see it the same day! Throughout the process, everyone we met was welcoming and friendly, and offered us drinks multiple times throughout our appointment. They filled up the gas tank for me and we were able to negotiate the price to what I was comfortable with. We requested 2 clips under the hood area to be replaced, they said they could order them for us and install it, but because of the dealership being 1.5hrs away from our home, they offered an extra $100 off sale price instead. We were in and out in a matter of 4-4.5 hrs including looking over the vehicle, test driving, negotiating, and paperwork signing. This team stayed 1.5hrs past the dealerships posted hours to make this purchase final. Michael, Kevin, Hussein, and Cade made our experience wonderful. Definitely would recommend this dealership and we will definitely be coming back here to purchase another vehicle in the future. Very happy with my purchase and the car was very clean, inside and out!!”
