I first dealt with Justin Hili, the sales manager, and he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helped guide me through the process. He was attentive to my needs and promptly responded to all communications. Once I agreed to make the purchase, he introduced me to Delimar Diaz, who walked me through the process of completing the transaction. Deli was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and made it an enjoyable experience. My interaction with Pancee, the finance manager, was equally pleasant. She was competent and did not pressure me into purchasing extended warranties other items. Also, Raquel thoroughly explained the features of the car and made me feel like a valued customer. My impression was that the sales force work well together and Justin fosters a pleasant work environment. I traveled from CT to make the purchase and would do so again. If you are looking to buy a car, I don’t think you could have a better experience than I had with Justin and Delimar.”

“Where do I even start? First of all, Yanis is easily the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing or looking at a vehicle. She was quiet during the test drive, let you take your time looking at the features of the car, and wasn't breathing down your neck or pressuring you - literally EVERYTHING you could ask in a salesperson during a test drive! Our negotiation was quick and swift - only 30 minutes max to reach a number that she was satisfied with and I was satisfied with. No sob stories, no BS, no continuous back and forth, just a simple "these are my numbers, those are your numbers, we meet here, we have a deal." Of course, Danny (sales manager) had this same attitude as well. The interaction went very smooth. Yanis was also sweet enough to: Help me set up insurance and get the best rate. Very accommodating ensuring we were not thirsty and had something to snack on. A great sense of humor, assertive and direct as to try not to confuse you but rather tell you how it is straight up (once again, all you could ask for in a salesperson). Drive my new car (yes, our deal went through) to my home and swap out the plates for me with another associate (I wish I had asked for his name, but he was also a great addition to my experience) Put a full tank of gas in it! Washed and cleaned it While of course purchasing a car takes a long time, I was surprised to see we were in and out quicker than other times I've looked at/purchased cars in dealerships. Once again, I highly recommend Honda White Plains and when you get there, definitely ask for Yanis. If you go during the weekday she could probably get you in a car within 3 hours.”
