“I was shopping around for a Civic. I left Yonkers Honda aggravated and figured I would stop into White Plains Honda and see if they would help me with my car purchase. I pulled into the parking lot, and was looking for a spot, due to the recent blizzard I was having a hard time parking. Lori was out in the parking lot and came up to me. I immediately felt comforted. I was no longer aggravated. She helped me park and offered to help me look at Civic’s. She was very very pleasant, sweet, and not once was she pushy. She helped me get down to the price I wanted and got me a great deal. I usually very much dislike dealerships as most of them are crooks. I trusted her and ended up leaving the dealership with the honda I wanted. Start to finish 10/10 and it is all owed to Lori. I’ve bought alot of cars, and she is by far the most genuine person I have dealt with. Thank you! And you guys are lucky to have her working for you.”

She was consistent long before this moment and that built real trust. When I came in to handle my lease buyout, I wasn’t sitting down with someone who just met me that day. I left feeling like both the relationship side and the business side were taken seriously.

“I recently purchased a Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid from White Plains Honda and had a 5-star experience. Of all the dealerships that I solicited price quotes from and dealt with, they were the best.
I first dealt with Justin Hili, the sales manager, and he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helped guide me through the process. He was attentive to my needs and promptly responded to all communications. Once I agreed to make the purchase, he introduced me to Delimar Diaz, who walked me through the process of completing the transaction. Deli was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and made it an enjoyable experience. My interaction with Pancee, the finance manager, was equally pleasant. She was competent and did not pressure me into purchasing extended warranties other items. Also, Raquel thoroughly explained the features of the car and made me feel like a valued customer.
My impression was that the sales force work well together and Justin fosters a pleasant work environment. I traveled from CT to make the purchase and would do so again. If you are looking to buy a car, I don’t think you could have a better experience than I had with Justin and Delimar.”
