“I had a fantastic car buying experience today. I applied for financing online for an upgrade a really wanted. Emmanuel held the door open for me and greeted me at the door. He is very pleasant and low pressure and would recommend anyone working with him. I was pretty direct with him around my understanding of the numbers and he understood my reasoning. I also worked with Trevor and he was a pleasure to chat with as well and helpful in explaining the some issues with the online calculator. My only feedback is that I was drawn in by the online lease calculator so make sure that thing is running as close to accurate as possible to eliminate surprises for people. I know I was an exception to the rule not having a trade in and rather a lease end but the online calculator should factor that in when you decline to add a trade. However all around still giving 5 stars for these awesome people and the relaxed and fun vibe of the dealership. As a sales professional myself this is actually an environment I believe I would enjoy working in and that says a lot and sorry for keeping everyone a little late but you all still had smiles on your face.
