“Definitely sold me a lemon.. didn’t buy a Kia vehicle because I was more interested in the traverse on their website. Started having issues day 2 (low oil after oil change, key fob dead, shift to park, no A/C, brake assist , etc. ) & they haven’t stopped since purchase. Was told the only way out of the vehicle was to lose a lot of money trading out. Contacted the Kia number for complaint and got NO WHERE. Was told parts were being put on that weren't, nightmare of a vehicle. The only good part of this purchase was the sales lady! Wouldn’t recommend buying from this location. I definitely will go elsewhere to get the next.”
