As a former sales professional in the luxury automotive industry I can confidently say with a well rounded perspective you should steer clear of this dealerships sales department. There are plenty of dealers out there that provide a superior sales service. Nobody should have to beg to buy a car.”

“I came in to get new front brake rotors at the parts counter and I asked the guy if they match other dealers online parts pricing and he just laughed and said “no”. He gave me the price of about $160 per rotor, another Lexus dealer sells them for $99 per rotor. Why would I spend an extra $120 for the exact same parts since I need two. That’s literally how much I’d be overpaying for it if I bought it here. I turned around and left. $120 is a lot to throw down the toilet, I’ll make the little further drive to spend my money at a dealer that isn’t ripping me off.”

“I was in the market for a 2025 NX350H in Eminent pearl and palomino. This color combo was in such high demand in Los Angeles that there were only 4 left and many of them were already on hold. I called Alex Cao at Westminster and he stated it was available! We worked out the deal over the phone and he was very transparent on pricing. Mind you I had already talked to 4 other dealerships at this point and knew what price I wanted to pay for it. Alex said "I'll see what I can do and speak with my manager but since this car is in such demand, management isn't really budging". BUT within an hour he texted me and DONE DEAL! As simple as that. Alex is a pleasant, professional, sweet guy. I am in love with my car.
