β€œBought a vehicle from this place in July of 2025, drove the car just over 4,000 miles in 4 months. Then the engine blew up, had the car towed to a dealership neaby an was told the engine was consuming oil which is why the engine blew. Was quoted 15k for an engine replacement. Called bartera to see if they would do anything for me because i just bought it from them 4 months ago and only drove 4k miles. Bertera told me to kick rocks it's your problem. Now I'm stuck with a 12k car loan for a car thats worth 6k with a working engine, thats needs 15k worth of repairs to even be able to drive it again”

β€œI purchased a 2016 bmw z4 30 days ago had a minor issue with the air filter, but I took the car to New Jersey because that’s where I live, I called the dealer and Mike the general manager of the service department was very helpful, he rapidly let me know my options and he said I could take the car to my nearest bmw dealership in Jersey instead of driving the car all the way to Massachusetts and they will be able to cover for any issues I might encounter, left the car at the bmw dealership and they drove me back home, definitely you can trust with your purchase and they will make it right for you, I appreciate your business”
