“Pleased with the buying process of a new RAV4. Salesman Eges negotiated a fair deal on the car and my wife's trade-in. He gets 5 stars. He was straightforward. Did not try to butter either of us up. Did not try to make disingenuous personal connections. Pleasant, and business-minded.
I dread the mandatory "finance meeting". Aside from the hard sell extended warranty pitch, it was fine.
On delivery day, I wish dealers would be forthcoming if they haven't yet registered and inspected the car. It would save a trip back to the dealer. With that being said, when my wife returned with the car to pick up the registration and get it inspected, she arrived later than she'd hoped, giving the dealership only 40 minutes to inspect the car. They got her in and out in quick time. We are thankful they made it work for her.
Overall, a reasonably stress-free experience. Thanks!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Adel Botros, when I purchased my new vehicle recently. I initially was not going to purchase my vehicle at this dealership, but as I was driving by something compelled me to stop by. Adel was very polite, courteous and professional, overall a great guy. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me as I was looking at some of the different vehicles. He and his manager Tony made my experience pleasant and very easy. As I was waiting to finalize the deal, Adel shared with me that he had just completed his training and I was actually his first sale! I had no idea and couldn’t have guessed it, because he was so well prepared and did such a tremendous job. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Adel and Tony for phenomenal service at Westboro Toyota!”
