“I purchased a vehicle from Balise Honda in West Springfield, MA, and within less than 13 months I am dealing with serious mechanical problems. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, it began shaking. Within the first week, the car would not start, and the heater and air conditioning system malfunctioned. These issues occurred while the vehicle was still covered under the 30-day warranty. I contacted the dealership during that warranty period to report the problems, but my concerns were not properly addressed. In addition to the 30-day warranty, I also purchased an extended warranty for added protection and peace of mind. Despite this, I did not receive the level of support or accountability I expected. I also felt pressured during the sales process, and this specific vehicle was strongly pushed on me. When I reached out for help, I did not feel that the salesperson or the team took my concerns seriously. A vehicle sold by a dealership should not experience these types of problems almost immediately after purchase, especially when reported within the warranty period. I financed this car in good faith and trusted the dealership’s representation of its condition. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.”
