“I was talking to David Poire about a ram 1500. Which I was interested in, I inquired about the truck a week ago saying they have it and want me to come in to talk more about it. When I agree, they tell me the truck is getting an inspection that it won’t be ready to drive until the next day. So I wait the next day just to be told I have to wait another day so they can “change the rear brakes”. After David told me “Truck will be done tomorrow mid day.” So I wait another day and text him the next morning, asking for updates just for him to tell me now, it needs a PCM module replacement that the part will come in the next day again. And a couple of minutes after that text he told me the truck was already sold and paid for. After I told him I shifted my schedule around to come in which I live an hour away from. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership If this is how they treat their customers.”
