“Even though my husband and I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, we worked very closely with Ryan and he was absolutely outstanding!! PLEASE ask for him if you visit this dealership. He truly cares about making sure the vehicle you’re considering is the right fit for you and your family. Ryan was extremely understanding, patient, and very responsive to all of our questions. Most importantly, he was never pushy. That made all the difference for us. We genuinely appreciated the entire experience and would gladly recommend working with him and the rest of the team!”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Leticia where she made what felt impossible, possible! Thank you for helping my family get into a new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealer as it was a quick and easy process. We got approved before coming in and all we had to do was pick a car.”

“BE WARNED before buying from Palm Beach Mitsubishi. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on November 12, 2025, and the entire experience has been disappointing, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful to customers. When I picked up my 2019 Hyundai Sonata, the condition of the car was unacceptable. • The seats were filthy • The interior reeked of cigarette smoke • The left headlight wasn’t fully working • The key fob was literally taped together • And the rear window tint was so dark I could barely see behind me, making the car unsafe to drive Not one of these issues was disclosed before I signed the paperwork. I brought all of this to management’s attention immediately, and was told they would fix everything. But when I later contacted customer service, I was told the complete opposite — that I should go pay for the repairs myself, get an invoice, and then hope to be reimbursed. The lack of consistency and accountability is unbelievable. The dealership made promises at the time of sale that they simply did not honor. Instead of standing behind their word, they pushed the responsibility back onto me for problems that existed before I even left the lot. This kind of bait-and-switch behavior is exactly why people don’t trust car dealerships. I expected honesty and basic integrity. Instead, I got excuses, conflicting information, and a car that should have been properly cleaned, inspected, and repaired before being sold to anyone. If you value transparency, professionalism, and safety, save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Palm Beach Mitsubishi has shown me that customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here.”

“I had a truly exceptional experience at Palm Beach Mitsubishi, thanks to the help of ALVARO "AL" VARGAS. From the moment I arrived, Al was dedicated to helping me find the perfect vehicle. He was with me all day, patiently answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Al's knowledge of the Mitsubishi Outlander was impressive, and he genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He worked hard to find me a great deal, and I was able to drive off in my new Outlander with a price and payment plan that I was extremely happy with. What I appreciated most about Al was his honesty and straightforward approach. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. He was transparent about the promotion and the terms of the sale, and he made the entire car-buying experience surprisingly easy and stress-free. I highly recommend ALVARO VARGAS to anyone looking for a new car at Palm Beach Mitsubishi. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to his customers are truly outsta”

“I purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Palm Beach Mitsubishi in early August, with the odometer reading 72,619 miles. Upon texting Brock Barber, my salesman, about the upcoming oil change, he replied that my maintenance package would not be effective for two more weeks. However, after reaching 75,000 miles, the transmission began to experience issues. I promptly returned to the dealership and spoke with Paul, the sales manager, as Brock was unavailable. Paul informed me that the mechanics depart at 12 pm on Saturdays, but I declined to take the vehicle back due to its poor state. I requested a replacement vehicle, citing the return policy at my brother's dealership, which allows returns within 90 days. Paul became upset, loud, and rude, refusing to accept the return and threatening to involve law enforcement. I ultimately left, intending to post a review. The following Monday, I returned, test-drove a new truck, and purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 XL. Despite assurances that the truck would be serviced and washed, I encountered issues with the front drive tire sensor. After a lengthy process, I traded in the Chevy Colorado for the Ford F-150 XL, which has also caused problems. I recommend that others save their time and money by visiting a reputable dealership.”
