“I have so many incredible things to say about this dealership and every single employee who works there. They are the BEST dealership in the entire Tri-state area!!! I don’t say that lightly. I reached out to over 30 dealers within 200 miles because I was looking for the best lease deal possible. When I say Tommy (Manager), Greg (Salesman), or even Chris the GM of sales they were all 10000% TRANSPARENT AND HONEST!! You don’t understand how honest and transparent they all were from the moment I reached out. They worked with me to provide and match the best deal in the entire area and when I got there they were extremely polite and hospitable. The most anxious part for me was when I had to enter the finance room and I worried they would play the typical games in there and try to change my monthly due to the tier credit and whatnot. Lesli, the finance manager was INCREDIBLE and absolutely did NOT play any games and she honored the deal even after telling me that my credit tier wasn’t the best but they worked with the bank to make sure my monthly does not change from what was agreed on!!!! What more can I say???? If you are shopping around and are looking to get into any KIA, there is NOOOOOOOO other dealer I would recommend except for the West Nyack Kia dealership!!!!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would honestly but I can’t so 5 stars will have to suffice for the time being. Keep up the great, HONEST, TRANSPARENT, and customer focused work going!!!!!!!!!!”
