Tyson was the sales representative that assisted us during throughout the process of our purchase and he was amazing. Tyson very professional, knowledgeable, and honest which is why we moved forward with our purchase at this Toyota dealership. Also want to point out that we had a great experience with Grace in finance she was very kind, helpful. Grace made sure we were well informed and knew everything we needed to know regarding our purchase. “I normally don’t review establishments or people reviews but I just want to give a shout out to John Masoud (sales manager) and to Gerson Pavon at Toyota of West Covina. We initially went to see a used Grand Highlander, and we were already taking number but John Masoud chatted with my wife explained that if we’re interested he has a brand new grand highlander same specs same color and he said he would be able to help us with a brand new car rather than the used one, and didn’t want to release the used car until he was sure that we can get it as CPO. He’s a man of his words, promised he would assist us acquiring running boards for the car and he did and he also helped booking for the installation. We know he’s busy, but we had patience and he made it happen. Very chill guy but very busy too. Gerson wasn’t pushy at all, when we test drove the first car he wasn’t rushing even if it was close to 9 pm already. Very responsive thru text. Me and my wife appreciate you both.
