“My overall experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My vehicle, which is nearly new, had to be towed in and remained out of service for an extended period of time due to a parts delay. During that time I was without a loaner vehicle for several days, which created a major inconvenience. I repeatedly had to follow up myself just to get updates, which should not be the customer’s responsibility. I even had to SHOW up once for answers because they were so unorganized and noncompliant with corporate. I would also like to point out that I initially brought the vehicle in during December and was told the necessary part had been ordered. However, it was later discovered that the part had never actually been ordered at that time. I was told it was “backordered,” when in reality it had not been placed at all. As a result, the issue progressed to the point where my vehicle eventually became completely inoperable and had to be towed to the dealership. This situation could have potentially been avoided if the part had been ordered when I was first told it would be. I understand that some delays may be outside of the dealership’s control, but the lack of clear communication and follow-through made this experience far more difficult than it should have been. Situations like this raise concerns about internal communication and service procedures, especially when customers rely on accurate information regarding repairs. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience the same situation. If I was able to give 0 stars, I would.”

His personal service excelled in every way to make me comfortable and was spot on with details and his explanation of the contract as this was something my husband always managed.

They went out of their way to send me a huge amount of pictures and videos of the car since my schedule didn’t allow me to view it in person before buying it. It was absolutely flawless upon arrival!

“Had a great experience here. Got a corvette stingray with my sales rep Jerry who was fantastic!! We worked out a nice deal on it and I absolutely love the car. Also was surprised how fast and efficient the dealership was. Had me in and out very quickly with the car. Highly recommend the whole team there and especially Jerry. Will definitely be back to get more cars in the future :)”
