“Dawson was very good to work with. I would personally give him 5 stars. The rest of the experience was below average. We had an appointment 1 week in advance. We drove an hour and half Truck had 1800 more miles than listed (we did get a discount on the mileage after negotiating-giving an ultimatum with us saying we were leaving since it had more miles and they wouldn't adjust the price). Seat belt cover was broken (no big deal there spose to be shipping us a new one) and when we arrived passenger power running board was not functioning. We had to schedule service at our local dealer(once again no big deal this was the exact option truck we wanted). After we got home that evening we noticed that it needed a oil change. Yes I over looked that. But i would assume a 55k lincoln navigator CPO would be ready-to-go.. not have to get a oil change immediately.”

Now that it’s getting colder I noticed the heater blower was very loud and they were able to determine there were acorns causing the noise. They removed the acorns and I was back on the road in 1/2 a day. The service was quick and John was very professional and informative. I will continue to use them for service in the future.
