“I would like to start off saying best buying experience ever and I buy a new to me vehicle like every other year... bought a 2015 truck this year. From the sales staff to the general manager I was very much pleased. The salesman (Joey the Hat) and myself hit it off and he even bought me lunch on a day of purchase the truck. Then he proceeded to even send me a bunch of goodies in the mail after the fact on behalf of himself.. The general manager (Chris) took the time to come and meet me as well on that day to welcome me to the Gordie Boucher family. I even had a few little t** bits Come up on my truck and Chris Allow the service department to take care of me fully. Which was greatly appreciated and made my respect grow even larger for this new found family!
Enter the service department.
End of the deal, they took care of me with great scheduling and kindness and satisfaction. Even gave me a loaner vehicle while they had my truck with a speedy turn around.... highly recommend doing business with this great dealership.
( Five star ) at least check them out so you know what i'm talking about...

“I purchased a new 2024 F-350 from Gordie Boucher in West Bend WI. Chris went over and beyond my expectations to locate a truck with the options I wanted. He located one in another state, brought it to West Bend, in addition to making me a great deal. Through this process, I worked with sales, finance and service personnel. Everyone was kind, helpful and friendly. My experience was incredible! This is the third new vehicle that I purchased from this dealership and it won’t be the last.”

“Price wasn't what was quoted because the guy was new. He got it straightened out in the end.
They sent a video that was very informative and helpful regarding a needed repair.
I do have one thing that I'm not happy about.
I've done a lot of business with GB over the years. I've seen many people come and go. But not once have I ever brought a vehicle in for service and didn't get it back washed and a lot of times interior windows and a light vacuum job. But not this time...I spent over $1300.00 and got back a filthy truck with the blue dye still on the white raised letters on the sidewalls of the tires. I didn't notice this when I picked it up because it was parked up alongside the wall of the service department, otherwise I would've said something then.
Extremely disappointed.
PS- I am sure that if I would've said something while I was still there, they probably would've made it right. But the fact remains that it should've been done right the 1st time and I'm out $15 on a wash.”

“This is my new dealership hands down!! From the moment I booked the appointment, to getting my vehicle returned, it was nothing less than exceptional. Monica, Austin, her mechanics, and the gentleman that shuttled me home, Jeff? I can’t remember his name, were amazing to work with. Monica went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fixed before leaving, after knowing the history of the problem another Lincoln/Ford dealership failed to repair properly. Monica even specially reserved a comparative rental, at no cost when a part needed to be ordered unexpectedly and I had to leave mine overnight. They’re extremely thorough, informative, cautious and competent. I am so so grateful for them!!”

“Promises made but not kept. My salesman said he would go over features of the vehicle, and said that his strong point was after sales service, so I believed in him and paid premium price, but then there was no service. Truck was dropped off and he had to leave. I ended up having to transport sick horses without knowing how to properly tow, had to go to YouTube to find out how to put truck into tow mode, after hauling to hospital twice without being in tow mode. Once vehicle was sold, there was no help. Extremely disappointed. :( Paid too much. Then, salesman and finance person were rude. Really regret ever stopping there to look. Now I'm stuck. I was assigned a new car guy, whom I should have met to start with.”
