ā€œI was in West Allis, 3 hours from home, for radiation treatment and learned there was a technical service bulletin (P2181, I think) on my '23 Santa Cruz. Craig in the service dept made the whole process painless as possible, during the Christmas break, no less. He worked Hyundai to cover the repairs under warranty and kept me posted throughout the process. This was a great dealer service dept experience.ā€

ā€œThe dealership has great people. Kind, knowledgeable, considerate. Victoria and Robert were wonderful to deal with. They made purchasing our new car an enjoyable, seamless process. They went out of their way to make certain we had a great experience. Not a pressure organization, they made sure all our questions were answered, and even contacted us a couple days after purchase to off a "second delivery" at which our salesperson would go over any questions we had come up with that didn't surface when we originally took delivery.ā€

ā€œI took my car for the service first time. The service executive was very friendly. There was no overselling any services. My car battery was kind of dead and requested the technician to check it. Surprisingly the result was that the battery was still good. Yesterday one auto parts store told that the battery is dead and needed for a replacement. I really appreciate the service rendered.ā€
