Made me wait 8 hours to finally do something about my brand new truck that broke down. This is unacceptable and a more detailed complaint will be going to the owner of Payne dealership.

Due to the flood I lost my vehicle. I remember my first time experience buying my vehicle with a different dealership. I spent a whole day for the whole process and I still didn’t get out with a vehicle which is why I hesitated so much going to a dealership again. Payne weslaco experience was definitely much different.!! My Salesman Mr. Alvizo helped me and got most of my info while I was still at work just over the phone. I left work and most of the stuff was ready. So overall it only took me 3 hours and I walked out with a 2026. The finance department guy was also very good, he would explain everything! Thank you Payne Weslaco for making this process smooth!

So before I posted this I read some reviews. Unfortunately none of the reviews are even getting acknowledged good or bad. My mom asked me for the favor to take her and her truck in to get oil change. It took three hours and I saw many come and go before us. No one bothered to check in with my mom and i. She finally goes and ask and they give her attitude in front of me but she's a lady and alone they thought..The man didn't see me. I saw it all..Sadly I want to go off on even more detail on the manager I spoke to but the management didn't care. Obviously the corporate ain't even doing crap about responding to any reviews or any situations. I'm just curious how has this gone on for so long and not get addressed. I would of been fine with an apology but didn't even get that or I'll talk to the associate..If there was no star id give that.

I buy a gas line from this location part come defective after I part was installed when I bought back they come out with a policy that in order to make my warranty good most bring the car part in when is is a gas line so is liking bad no way I can bring my car from mission to Weslaco running like that so I got screwed with defective parts this the manager on duty asks b4 for policy don't get screw like me

Bought a 2019 CHEVROLET COLORADO Z71. Shortly after purchasing, I had some drive train issues starting to act up while driving. I took it in, 1st advisor returned truck to me saying the tech found nothing was wrong. I wasn’t satisfied and took it back in. They diagnosed it and did admit to finding the shuttering happening with the drive train. They eventually corrected the issue. I want to thank a friend Mike Uribe Finance Manager at Payne. Josh Fonseca salesman and friend that helped communicate with me to get my truck right. Jasmine in service was Uber professional doing the test drive with me and I was pleasantly surprised that both issues had cleared up. Kudos to Payne for making my purchase right.
