“Bought a beautiful used 2016 jeep rubicon. Like any used vehicle it had its issues. One of them being with the aftermarket radio touchscreen not working. We had a greed on me and my wife acquiring the vehicle if they could fix the issue with the radio and getting an oil change since the oil looked a little too dark. We schedule an appointment 7 days after since we were coming from out of town. Oil was changed we had advice them there was a battery light on the cluster after we left the car lot the day we bought it and also that the battery terminals were loose if they could please had that checked. About almost 5 hrs later they call us and told us that all of the issues had been resolved. We get to the car lot and we were advised that the radio was working, the oil changed was done, they changed the alternator (was causing the battery light on the cluster) and battery terminals had been tighten. Upon checking all of the “resolved issues” the radio wasn’t still working, the alternator was still the same one when they had “changed it”, the battery terminals were tighten (I guessed it fixed the issue on the battery light) and the oil was changed. We advise them about the radio still not working and said that they would ask management if they would approve to send it somewhere else more specialized so the technician can have a deeper look into it. Never went back or call back because they had lied about the alternator being replaced and the radio being fixed. We went ahead just leave it alone since one of the things that I hate the most is being lied too. We do not regret the purchase we just hate to be lied to the face and people not keeping their word.”

“Danny, our salesman made my purchasing a vehicle from here all so easy and welcoming ,very friendly and easy to talk to and showed us what I wanted too look at and heard me out. He wasn't a pushover salesman like other salesman in other dealerships I've gone to. He showed me what I wanted to see and very trustworthy on the cars positives and negatives not leaving out anything . Had patience with us after several days I kept thinking about my purchase. VERY FRIENDLY! .Then took me to Albert from financing and he was understanding on what I wanted from him and showed me all possible purchasing option and was very patient with us and let me make my own mind on purchase option. These guys are awesome and friendly. I highly recommend these two gentlemen when visiting this dealership. I drove off today in a our corvette that me and my wife were very happy with .
