Blake Hampton is a great salesman, he helped us find a vehicle, weigh out our options and test drive. i really appreciate how he didn't make us feel any pressure to make a decision at all whereas the other dealerships we checked out always had some deal to throw in or a a speech to give to convince us to buy. Plus every fee included in buying was disclosed on their website with zero surprise fees. emmons is a great place to buy a car and i would recommend it to anyone

Buying our truck from Emmons Autoplex was quick and easy. Our sales associate, Steven Verizzi, was very knowledgeable as he walked us through the process. I highly recommend Emmons Autoplex if you're looking for a new-to-you vehicle - and be sure to ask for Steven for excellent service!

Not really happy about how the finance Manager or who ever it is that is in charge of letting people Test drive cars. Regardless, if I am a customer that comes in to look and test drive cars. You don’t turn down someone who could possibly buy a car from you. Plus to make things worse, this is possibly my second time of trying to buy a car from this company. Had a Chance back in 2018 when they had a 2012 Toyota RAV4 V6 Limited with 25,000. They wanted to sell the car at that time for $21,000 which was over kill. Prior to Harvey the dealership moved from Shafer Pasadena area to 528 location. That RAV4 sat on their lot for 6 months, still didn’t drop the price when I came. I ask them three times and still no budge. Went off and bought my first car from Carmax! Years later, I visit them again and was test driving and doing research on cars that could be my second car. All of a sudden now y’all want to say no more test drives. Like I explained to my salesman I know exactly who deciding this issue. They just lost me as a buyer. I could have walked in and bought a car right off the bat. But they don’t see it. You don’t turn down someone. But it’s a lost cause. Done tried twice with this company. I don’t like the fact that you have to do in house financing with them. They don’t allow buyers orders from other banks. Probably the main reason their cars still on the lot for weeks. And what is funny, they buy cars off of Carmax and other companies and from the auctions. (I will say this my Salesman Michael Bardolasa was very professional and he took care of me as a customer. The way a customer should. I give him a 5 stars and want to thank him for helping me with all the Test drives and for be patient.) But The finance Manager! Not so much! Too busy trying to get sales! And I bet if I did run my credit they would stick me with a high interest rate and jack up the price with their sales items! I am done dealing with this Dealership! Don’t seem like they want my business regardless if someone comes to look or test drive cars! Plenty of other dealers that will give me a chance! All they had to do was let me drive the car I was looking at today! Bet if I was another race and buying a sports car they would roll out the red carpet very well since they see dollar signs! Y’all loss! No matter if it’s a No Haggle Price dealership! Both cars the 2012 Toyota RAV4 V6 Limited back in 2018 and the 2004 Toyota RAV4 today December 2025. Photos below

Steven Verrizi was absolutely helpful in me choosing my next vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even worked with my work schedule getting me in and out of there so I could make it to work. Highly recommend going to Emmons and just ask for Steven!!!!!!!

We recently bought a truck from Emmons Autoplex , our sales counselor was Steven Verizzi. This was one of our most pleasant car buying experiences. I had spoken to Steven on another occasion and I remembered how helpful he was even though I did not end up purchasing from him I kept his card, so when the opportunity came up again I gave him a call. Steven was a pro through and through, knowlegeable and honest and not pushy. He was very helpful, respectful and thorough. Its obvious he really enjoys his profession and he puts a lot of effort into it as evidenced by how much he knows about vehicles. I will refer him and Emmons over and over.
