“Amazed that I have to give a Vision dealership such a high rating, but they deserve it! I had my 2021 Hyundai serviced at Vision Nissan rather than at Vision Hyundai, where I have been financially exploited and publicly humiliated by a combination of "Big Dan," Lily Foster, and the general manager, Robbie Cammilleri. (This has all been reviewed separately.) In fact, the sole reason I went to a Vision dealership at all was because the manager there, Santos, agreed to honor a Vision-issued service contract that Cammilleri refused to do. Very glad I chose the Nissan dealership next door! Nick at Vision Nissan scheduled and followed the servicing my car required. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful as was Santos and the young lady who assisted them. Even though they don't specialize in Hyundai, the service people did an excellent job. I was kept fully informed of the work progress, and when my car was returned the improvement was immediately noticeable. It's great having trust in automobile service again.
