“I had such a great experience buying my first new car with Tom! He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently to make sure I confidently understood the details. I never once felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and wants you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, I highly recommend! Thank you Tom for a fabulous first experience with Walser!”

“I grabbed a Toyota Tacoma from WNW and overall the Day went pretty good. Mike Benincasa was good to work with. A very fare trade-in price was offered👍 Mike explained everything on the purchase agreement better than any of my past 17 vehicle purchases🤩 A few annoying things happened on purchase day so the 4 star rating is on par⛳”

“Had a used truck on the lot that checked all my boxes. Visited 12/17. When I arrived for a test drive, the salesman told me, "It has an aftermarket exhaust, so it's a little bit louder than normal." Ok, not horribly opposed to that. When we started the vehicle, it was definitely loud but it was worse in the cab. Salesman asked me, "Doesn't that sound good?!" Which has now become an awesome inside joke, because no, no it did not. After the test drive they appraised my vehicle quickly and fairly, I was happy with what they offered. However I couldn't get past the loud exhaust and I told them that. Another salesman told me it just takes getting used to. They allowed me to take it on an extended test drive, overnight, to feel it out more which I appreciated. After driving it 40 minutes home I knew it wasn't for me but didn't have time to go back. So drove it to work the next day and had a couple coworkers check it out. Turns out, it was not an aftermarket exhaust at all. The factory exhaust was infact falling apart and someone had tried to weld it (not Walser, it was an old weld). We also discovered tailgate and paint damage, and rust. So I politely texted the sales team and said I was no longer interested. A snow storm was moving in, and I asked that we simply do a quick vehicle swap so I can get home before the snow. When I arrived back at the dealership, the salesman was polite and gave me my key back. I did ask if my vehicle was in the same spot, and was told "I don't know." Didn't love walking to the back of their lot in 20mph north winds but whatever. I have two concerns: either this was a case of them trying to take advantage of a lone female car shopping, or their recon/inspection team cannot spot a broken exhaust which is fairly concerning. In general, the sales team was polite and not pushy but I have to wonder if they were trying to pull a fast one to make a sale. I had a much better experience at Walser Subaru in St. Paul. Check them out first!”
