“Taylor, TJ and Cam made our trip to Waynesboro well worth it. We drove a few hours here hoping to make a deal on a new truck.
Taylor worked over the phone with us in the morning and the basics were taken care of. She was very helpful and patient.
We got there and TJ was waiting for us. He took us around the truck explaining things and we went for a test drive. He’s very knowledgeable and by the time our test drive was over I felt like we owned it for years.
Then came Cam. Lol! We had a couple conversations and then came to an agreement and now own an F-250.
I highly recommend Thigpen Ford in Waynesboro if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for
Taylor or TJ. You won’t regret it.”

“I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to do thorough research and proceed with caution.
My experience began with what seemed like a routine purchase, but serious issues started almost immediately after I took delivery of the vehicle. I encountered problems with the camera system and an intermittent failure of the main display screen. At one point, the screen went completely black and inoperable, which affects critical vehicle information and controls and made the car unsafe to operate. These concerns were reported right away.
From there, communication became one of the biggest challenges. Calls often went unanswered, follow-ups were inconsistent, and getting anything confirmed in writing was extremely difficult. When I was finally able to speak with management, the response was limited and dismissive. Only partial repairs were discussed, and there was resistance to putting commitments in writing regarding the full list of issues.
After multiple attempts to resolve things directly with the dealership, I had no choice but to file formal consumer complaints. Instead of the focus being on fixing the vehicle and addressing legitimate concerns, the overall tone shifted and cooperation became even more limited.
Buying a vehicle is a major financial commitment, and customers deserve transparency, accountability, and clear communication—especially when safety-related issues arise shortly after purchase. My experience did not reflect those standards.
I hope this review helps others understand the importance of getting everything in writing and being prepared to advocate strongly for themselves if problems occur after the sale.”

“Drove 7 hours to buy a Ford Certified Truck here. Surprised to find it was badly out of alignment, needed the tires balanced and the speedometer was off by 10% because they changed wheel size and didn't recalibrate. (I fixed that at home easily with free forscan software).
Sales manager agreed to give me 200.00 for the alignment and balancing. Antonio (finance guy) didn't put it in the deal but said I would get a check in the mail. Guess what never came?
I didn't realize the speedo calibration was off until I was driving home.
Surprised they would sell a "Ford Certified" vehicle with these obvious issues. Otherwise it's a great truck, they just put in minimal effort and didn't follow through on their promises.”

“Great professional marketing skills, polite, courteous, and attentive to what I was wanting in a Vehicle. They did everything needed to make the sale. They showed all the modern technology , except for lifting the hood to show me the condition of the Engine. However, I was encouraged to come back if I have any concerns or issues. Very pleased with my 2023 Buick Encore.”
