“Go to this dealer when you need a new car!! Charles Cart was great. I walked into Hyundai immediately after being disappointed and upset by Wayne Mazda. Iwas told by Wayne Mazda that no other dealer was allowed to buy my lease and that all they could offer me was a car a year older and smaller than my current Mazda. Not only did Chuck tell me that Hyundai could buy my lease but he put me in a brand new Tuscon for only $500 more down for about the same monthly payment. He gave me no pressure. When the car is was going to buy turned out to have a broken tail light Chuck reached out to me and offered me another vehicle. He made me very comfortable. I am a very happy customer”

“Spoke with Giovanni or "Geo" who immediately ran off to his office and didn't come back out to talk to me until 30 minutes later when multiple service advisors went into his office to tell him I was still there. He looked up the vin and had some other guy above him come out just to basically try to get me to go away. Claims they could do recall work that could have killed 3 people including a 6 month old child but it would take 3-4 months to get it in due to the back log of work they have. When I said no problem, I don't need a loaner and I'll get the car here, I was hit with the car can't sit here that long we're getting the driveway done soon. They kept referring me to another dealer "mahwah" which I assume isn't as lazy. Would be nice if they were just straight up with me and said we don't want to do it. Rather than constantly just making excuses and saying maybe mahwah can do it faster. I guess the name of the game is offer a long warranty and do everything you can not to honor it 🤷 One owner car purchased at Wayne Hyundai. Please just don't buy into this brand. Garbage cars, garbage people.”
