“One of the worst services ever at Carmax Wayne. Bought a car and they provided a 3 month Carmax warranty, bought the car in and they weren’t able to locate the issue. Showed them pics and they just sent me home and said give us a call back if it keeps happening. Car shuts off while driving and I have to pull over ever 10 mins because of the issue. Was told manager is on lunch and I will get a call back and that never happened. I don’t know what’s the point of Carmax care. Here’s 10 times it happened after I visited them for the issue. Wish it was only 10 times but happened way more than that.”
