âIf you come here make sure you see Rigo, Valencia, and Bernie! Rigo was very responsive. He made sure he had everything prepared for me before I came each time. Bernie is extremely helpful-even offered to drop my vehicle off to me. Valencia is super cool. She was sooooo helpful. I came with my own quote, that I was fine with and Valencia came with a much better one. They are overall wonderful. While I signed paperwork they kept my mom and daughter entertained. I had a wonderful experience with them! Thanks !!!!! đâ

âAlyssa was amazing today, helping me turn in my lease and upgrade to a new car. It was a much quicker process than previous trade-ins and she helped me get what I needed without the unnecessary pressure and headache I have experienced at other dealers. Valencia in the finance department also kept the paperwork process quick and painless, will definitely be coming back here when I'm ready to buy!â

âI purchased a vehicle just over five months ago. At the time of the purchase I saw that there was a chip in the windshield so I ask them to fix it. They âfixed itâ at no charge at the time of the purchase. They said they filled in the chip, but in the first heavy snow fall that chip turned into a three foot crack. I called the dealership asking for them to repair it and they refused stating that the car was purchased too long ago and that âthere was already cold daysâ so other things could have caused it to crack. Their voicemail states that their customers are the main priority, but in my situation, it doesnât seem that way. If the chip couldnât have been filled, then that have shouldâve been stated at the time of the purchase. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them again. I didnât even bring up that I have to replace the ac in the vehicle because it went out two month after purchase, but I decided against it because I did buy a used vehicle and some things just happen. They shouldâve replaced the windshield, but I was told that they couldnât. I am extremely disappointed in the service of this company and the response that they decided to take. You can even see in the photo that the chip caused the crack. Oh and they told me to take out a claim to fix itđâ

âMalvin and Dogan were very nice and respectful. Malvin is a good salesman, even though we live closer to the other Kia Dealership but Malvin created a good bond with us to come back and buy it. Dogan, was helpful with pricing and gave us good recommendation how to move forward with purchasing the car.â
