“The salesman that we had was Scott and he was simply amazing through it all. He went above and beyond on several occasions for us as we could only get there later hours. Excellent communication and no pressure. I highly recommend him.
The finance guy, Rich, on the other hand was so extremely rude that I was so close to walking out. He rushed through everything and would get irritated if I stopped and asked him to explain something. By the third time of asking him about something, he told me needs to make this quick because he needs to leave because he needed to get somewhere. I’m sorry but this is your job to explain and it’s a huge purchase to not ask about details. I would suggest asking for a different finance person if they have it. If he’s the only one there, I won’t go back. If it wasn’t for Scott this would’ve been a no for me.”

“I've never had such a great experience buying a car! Josh was so nice and made this an enjoyable day. We were never pressured about anything, and he even helped us with the extra rebates, which helped us alot! Thanks Josh!!!”

“Came in to get an appraisal on my company vehicle, as I need to know the value of it, and need it on a paper sheet. (company policy) I was told that I can just go online, to KBB, and to "print it" when I was already there. I have no idea how to use KBB. I am not great with appraisal sites. It was on a Saturday, and I was the only customer in sight. They have printers, KBB, JD Power ready to go, and many computers with the correct software. And plus, I was already there, so why not do the appraisal? The salesperson who had approached me seemed to be totally unmotivated, and showed be that O'Malley doesn't value their prospective buyers. But, the kicker, is that he said that Saturday is a busy day. One, I was the only customer, Two, DOMINOS PIZZA DELIVERY CAME IN AFTER HE SAID THAT. Busy? Busy eating PIZZA? Come on, that's so funny to me. I felt that I wasn't taken seriously, and that I was pushed away by lazed salespeople. In my realm of my job in a marketing firm, is a huge no-no. I will be avoiding this place, and so will my family, and friends. TLDR; Salespeople will not help you here if you say you aren't there to buy or trade, despite the positive experience and long-term brand building that it can afford them, and they will go as far as to lie directly to your face to avoid more work that's not a commission, but very well could be a future commission.”

“Shout out to Nash for putting up with 8 inquires over 2 months and countless of not answering the phone. Only for me to end up liking and purchasing the one I said I would definitely hate! Thank you for your patience! 20/10 recommend!”
